These folks are good, they're Good but not great. But hey, what kind of expectations should you have when visiting a retail store (other than the Apple Store) these days?

Your application and voice message state your store is open until 9: 00 pm. However, when arrived the store was closed. Why aren’t your store house update! Very disappointed

Went to AT&T to get a new phone and AP assisted me with a great customer service n worked out some issues with simplicity. Definitely will be going back if I ever have any questions!
Ricardo did a great job getting my phone out of Voiceback Mode. Rebooting didn't work. My phone was useless. So appreciative of what he did for me!
Dree was a great help, went in to the store after having horrible experience at the Rancho location and walked out here with a working phone
I arrived at this store at 8: 10pm to buy the new iphone 14 pro. Online, over the phone, and on the store window it states that this store closes at 9: 00pm. The doors were locked, while 4 employees sat in chairs on their phones, eating, and drinking sodas. I knocked on the door and one of the employees waved at me to leave from across the store yelling they were closed. I rushed from work to arrive before they closed only to be shoed away as if I’m not a paying customer with money in hand. Absolutely disgusting. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
