6The experience was phenomenal. Ulysses did an amazing job at resolving our issues. He was extremely professional, approachable, friendly and articulate. We left the store knowing are service and equipment was going to work adequately and efficiently.
Very long wait time due to employees hanging out in the break room for over a half hour.

I just stopped by to pay the phone bills they got me in and out pretty quick it was hot that day they keeped it nice and cool in side the people who work there were very professional

Horrible customer service, the Rep has no customer service skills and was to busy looking at other people and his personal phone rather than assist. One answer responses and didn't care if he made a sell. Will go back to the Store on Herndon and Clovis Ave where they treat you like a person
