I went it to see if I had the ability to have a hotspot and the young man was so awesome he went through my account and let me know that I do and then he found the best price for it. I am pretty sure the man was doing his job for me and probably all the other customers he meets. I am happy with ATT and I have been a customer for over 21 years and have always had a great experience with them. Thank you for being so supportive

I am excited to share the great news about this store! I had an unfortunate experience on the First Net side; I walked into my local store Montalvo & instantly Armando started taking care of me to sort out the problem; he got his manager, Stevan involved; Armando & then Super Stevan were unrelenting in trying to fix this problem; they tried multiple fixes to get my cellular service back with my original number, including multiple interactions with the First Net side; then Nate Area Manager for stores in Ventura, Santa Barbara and SLO Counties got involved. I felt peace and assured knowing that they would get this resolved. Stevan was always there & made contact even on his off day to let me know today that my cellular service is back in action. Jerome Dan on the First Net side kept checking in to. Cheers to the 5 Star Service at Montalvo! Job wrll done! Tha ks, Stevan, Armando, Nate!
I walked in the Victoria ave Atnt store I’m not too good with today’s tech I was greeted by employee Eric Ramirez I explained I didn’t know how to open and respond to a pdf file he took the time to walk me through and complete the task while smiling and laughing through the process very nice friendly and patient I hope his superiors recognize this as not everyone would be so happy to help a dumb ol lady
