Michael O.did a great job getting us the best deal and answering all our questions. We never got that “used car salesman” feeling from him.

I 100% recommend this store.was very clean and the employees were more than helpful.michael the manager was absolutely amazing.came in with a friend and he was super welcoming, friendly, and accommodating.he made sure i had the best deals and was really interactive! He answered all and any questions i had with a smile.i really enjoyed the experience i had here.thank you, michael!

The manager Michael was very welcoming. Answered my questions thoroughly. I was helped out by a rep in under 2 minutes. Daisy did an amazing job and gave me great customer service. I’ll definitely be back at Brea for my next purchases

We came in the store after my husband lost his phone. Brian and Michael were awesome! They were able to help us get a new phone after a very frustrating situation with the verification process of our account. They offered great customer service and were very professional. Great experience would definitely recommend. Left very content.

The manager Brandon was so helpful and knowledgeable about my cellphone issue. He was very patient and made sure that my problem was resolved. I was lucky that he was the one to help me.

When I walked in there wasn't any customers but all three employees were watching TV or to each other. I had to walk up to one watching TV and ask him if he was busy. I felt like I was interrupting his break. He wasn't friendly or rude. Just not happy at all. My problem was resolved. I did ask him if I could upgrade my phone and he just said I have payments left. I'm assuming if he really wanted to upgrade me he could have but he wanted to be done as fast as possible so he could get back to watching TV. His name is Kobe. The other employees were huddled up talking. It just looked really unprofessional.

Chris R.was a pleasure to work with. He was helpful and patient with all my questions and phone upgrade process. He also helped me save on my phone bill. Chris was professional and easy to get along with. He also acknowledged the incoming customers by greeting them and letting them know a rep will be with them ASAP. I had a really helpful experience with one of the associates, Moriya, that I could not find from my previous carrier. Coming from Boost Mobile, I had constant issues trying to upgrade from an iPhone 11’s physical SIM to an unlocked iPhone 14’s esim. Once I made the switch and brought my concerns to Moriya, the process to get what i’ve been wanting with my device was smooth, effective, and so much more quicker. She was very patient, resourceful, communicative, friendly, and the help I have been looking for since getting my new device.

Brandon the store manager along with his team of Anel and Brian were awesome in helping me out resolve my issue.

There was an issue internally with AT&T where the numbers were not being transferred from the old device to the new one and Anel helped me to resolve the same.

You don’t even deserve a one star to be honest this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Very unprofessional you guys need to get together and provide the same information so I do not get different information from every single representative it is atrocious.

I considered this my AT&T store as it is the closest to my home and have had many previous transactions at here without complications. However, I had the worst experience with an employee that I've ever had with AT&T in Jonathan. It is of my belief that Jonathan probably had somewhere to be at 8: 00 pm that Saturday night closing time and was unprofessional, unfriendly and certainly not willing to help me. I walked in to an empty store 1 hour before closing. Jonathan did everything he could, and succeeded, in not helping me that evening. He almost immediately suggested that I come back another day because it would be "easier" to do what I wanted, which was to transfer billing responsibility to my adult daughter and also transfer the name on the account from my husband's name to mine. My husband, the account holder, was there with me, as was my daughter, so there was really no other reason he could not help us other than it was probably going to be a lengthy process. We were insulted by Jonathan who took us for stupid and made up excuses for why he couldn't do what we wanted. He said the "back end" office wasn't open in order to process our request. He said we had some kind of "special account". Huh? He continued to suggest that we come back the next day to do what we needed. AT&T should be ashamed having an employee fail so miserably like Jonathan did. His goal was not to satisfy a customer that night but to get his way and not give us what we wanted so that he could close and get out of there as quickly as possible after his shift. I did not have an unreasonable request but Jonathan either didn't know how to do a transfer of billing responsibility or transfer names on the account, he instead made us feel like he didn't want to do this. He insisted again that we come back the next day so that he could help us. We did not return to this Brea store but instead went to the La Habra store the next day where they were able to process our request without any issues whatsoever. This Brea store deserves an exceptionally poor customer service rating.

I recently upgraded two phones at the La Habra store. That experience left me waiting for my contract to end so that I Don't ever have to deal with AT&t again.

As I was passing by, I stopped in at the Brea store and Angel helped me.

I'm a long time AT&t subscriber, but every single interaction I've had in store has been miserable. On the last upgrade in La Habra, multiple new charges were snuck onto my account.

I pulled into the Brea office on the off chance that they could help me and Angel took care of everything in minutes and was kind, polite and professional. If you're ever in the area, go to this store, and avoid the La Habra store if at all humanly possible.
