I went to this store to upgrade my iPhone. The associate at the store where not helpful and rude! I didn’t end up upgrading because I didn’t appreciate the way they where talking to me. I am thinking about canceling AT&T all in all. They expect to make money and give awful customer service. I will take my business elsewhere. I don’t recommend you to go to this store. Be careful. It’s up to you.

Kenneth North is an exceptional associate. He spent almost 2 hours working on a problem that was the result of someone else's mistake. He was patient, polite, and respectful. That type of customer service is very rare. Thank you, Kenneth. Great job.

BEWARE. The absolute worst AT&T store. Joseph the manager absolutely incompetent. Joel, District Manager, also totally incompetent and a liar! I have had an issue that has cost me more than $2000.00. I was assured by both Joseph and Joel this would be handled. Over 6 months and still no resolve. I have emails from Joel stating it was fixed but no. My bill has now doubled as he 100% lied and neither Joseph or Joel will do anything. Who owns this terribly run store?
NOTE TO OWNER: WHY DONT YOU ADDRESS OR RESPOND TO ALL REVIEWS? YOUR store is run by incompetent and extremely unprofessional employees!
And your employee Illys is absolutely the rudest employee you have! Contact me so I can share with you my numerous horrible experiences that I have had with him. He is unbelievably the rudest, nastiest kid and cannot imagine having him represent your store but from my experience, his supervisors are aware and claim their working on his poor attitude. Exact words of one of your other employees.

My wife and I visited this ATT store to buy new iPhones. Jaelen was our sales rep and we have never had a better phone buying experience. He is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He made the process easy and it was actually fun. Jaelen is so professional, kind, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

I was in need of an upgrade after my phone’s screen started giving me issues. Ilyas assessed everything and was able to determine that I was still eligible for a full trade-in credit for my old phone towards a brand new iPhone 14. I was in and out of the store in no time, and all my iCloud info was transferred with no hick-ups! I highly recommend this store, staff is super friendly, professional and super helpful.

I never thought I would rate AT&T five stars. NEVER. And yet, here I am rating it that due to one employee: Jay (Jaelen). He is BY FAR the best employee I have encountered in the Telecommunications industry: polite, patient, likeable, and willing to do the hard work to solve an issue. Two times I have now come to this store to solve a serious issue and both times he didn't try to deflect me to someone else. You all should promote him to be regional head and bring back jobs to the US instead of outsourcing it to call centers. It is much more personable this way and allows the customer to have a real and tangible experience with the company.

Mario did an amazing job helping me get a new device and switching around a couple others, I have consistently had excellent support from everyone in this store every time I go in. If you need an AT&T store this is it!

Ilyas is the BEST! He was so kind and thoughtful. I don’t think I’ve ever had this level of customer service at this store before. I’m so glad he was there when we went in to get my sons phone. He walked us through. All of this set up an answered all of her questions. He made it very enjoyable.

Honestly i was ready to give up on At & T but Gil was awesome and assisted us with our plan and getting us the best deal possible to the point where we are extremely satisifed with our new plan and phones. Thank you Gil you were amazing throughout the whole process and also to store manager Joe:) appreciate you guys will be back on our next upgrades soon!

Joe and Mario at La Canadá Flintridge store were exceptional in helping me with my old phone and choosing the right upgrade. They were very patient as they helped transfer the data from my old phone to the new one. Made me feel welcome and as a management consultant I was impressed by their collaboration and cross training. I owe them some coffee and pizza! Excellent work! It was disappointing to see that the iPhone didn't come with extras in the box like it used to. But the service was very good.

We had a huge increase on our bill (Went up 2 1/2 times). Tried to get it corrected at AT&T Customer Service (loyalty group). Had no luck. Called the AT&T store in La Canada. Luckily we worked with Jayleen. He took care of the whole problem bringing our bill to what we were paying originally. Thank you Jayleen for making our day.

Had a very positive experience at the AT&T store in La Canada. Gil assisted me and was very knowledgeable, helpful, polite and kind. His professionalism and the way he spoke truly made the appointment pleasant. I hope he gets promoted - he was the best AT&T specialist I ever worked with in all my years with AT&T

Not too impressed. Lack of professionalism (not punctual in opening the store, employees trickled in up to 30 min late), long line, slow service. Didn’t explain to me that I could use my old charger with the new phone and instead made it sound like I had to buy a new charger block. Helped me set up my new phone, but went home with an issue with connecting to my wifi.
