They are not good with explaining necessary information. Not very friendly either. I purchased accessories along with my phone (with a cord that was “thrown in” for free) and wound up with a monthly 12 month installment on the accessories that i already paid for. They aliso tried to cover it up by putting the installment on my moms old cellphone that had been paid off for year, as if I bought the accessories for her phone…. The manager didn’t try to make it right by maybe saying keep the screen cover or the charger or I’m sorry. I returned everything and after explaining some other things I was told att corporate and stores were different. I thought it was all ATT… I’ll never go there again and recommend much more training for this current staff…
Don't ever go to this store. They will lie to you end give you false hope, Do not trust them at all. Stay far away from this business, I promise you date will not tell you something. That's in your contract and you'll get screwed for it. I promise you stay far away from this. AT&T, please. I'm begging you people don't go here at all.
