AT&T Store, San Diego CA

Omar Cruz helped us and he was fantastic. We had just arrived from another country and had to switch SIM cards. He generously gave us his key to get the SIM card out and talked us through then entire process. I am no techy and greatly admire those who jump in. He was welcoming and helpful and gracious. And even gave us a great recommendation for a place to eat as we hadn't had anything but pretzels on the plane for the last 8 hours. Thank you so much Omar.

Worst service ever! They sold us on fiber optics and promised to email it in writing (shania) never did.i emailed her and called her -no response! Called her manager (ray zhuang) same deal, didn't pick up (9: 03 am). Called their 800# asked to speak to a manager, waited 20 mins.nothing.finally read their terms, the price she promised was false, terms state auto pay and paperless billing, in black type it says price and terms can change w/o notice! All false promises, terrible back end service, and att constantly raises their rates and lowers their service, beware!

Shania was very informative and helpful. She was knowledgeable about the promotions and tried her best to get me the best discounts. Highly recommend!

I've had issues with this store properly checking me in with my ID.they are dismissive on my not getting texts from my therapist psychiatrist and other entities since January and I had an issue with customer service with a major issue and since I have add and PTSD it's hard for me to grasp things not in writing during the disassociative period when my symptoms are at their most debilitating

Great service by the staff and the manager I was able to get a new phone and my internet service within 20 mins

I have Internet with them for a good price for me, but went and got in a program to help me out.the internet went up an extra 50 dollars with the same cheap plan. When I got into the program and talked to them they never mentioned my bill going up. I found out when they sent my first bill for 50 dollars higher

I saw an ad for AT&T on my television and went straight to this store. The manager there would not honor any of the company's promotions. Also was very dis-respectful and pushy. Did not feel like a real AT&T store.
