AT&T Store reviews
11Don’t even bother trying to call this store. No one will answer and they disconnected their voicemail so after it rings a few times it just hangs up on you. You’d have better luck getting your estranged father to remarry your mother than getting these people to do their jobs.
Brandon and Ricky were amazing. I love this store. They lowered my bill and got me new phones thanks.
Brandon and Ryan were super helpful! I am visiting from Michigan with problems and concerns and they both stepped to help! Brandon spent a lot of time helping me with every concern! Thanks
Brandon the manager helped me get a new phone. He gave me the best deal and lowered my bill. Thanks Brandon
I’ve had bad experiences with this branch in the past. I keep on coming back because it’s very convenient since it’s right across my home.
My experience from yesterday was different though. The person who assisted me was very pleasant to talk to. He was patiently answering all my questions even if I had a hard time explaining myself. He's also knowledgeable and was able to resolve all the issues.
Brandon at the LePage store was so helpful in getting me my new iPhone 14 Pro plus and updated my service plan to save me some money. I’m so happy with the service that Brandon provided me.
Ricky was absolutely amazing! I absolutely hate changing phones and Ricky actually made it a pleasurable experience. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He is the best person have ever dealt with at an ATT store!
I’ve had worse experiences but I just left store and wanted to take advantage of a promotion and went into store to set up an internet bundle. Started to set it all up and every question I had he helped me out by telling me to call the 611 number, and also to find out about whatever promotions were available. Didn’t have good energy and almost stopped in middle of setting it up and went with cox due to the level of carelessness that went into setting this up. I’ll quote this store “you’re better off calling the 611 number” also wanted to get a new phone and never revisited that request. You’re better off going online these days and avoiding this store. Now I’m on hold after spending about 15 mins in the store. Again, save yourself the trip.
Bad service. Levante is the worst customer service rep ever. He asked me to go to a different location to get a new sim. Useless.
David was amazing. Was as engaged with my wife as with me. Offered new services we wanted to take advantage of. Great experience
Worse experience at this location. Manager Brandon has the worse customer service. My parents went in to simply buy a phone but somehow ended up leaving the store with 4 lines? Have in my mind my parents were Not aware there was 4 lines now on our account. Not sure what exactly happened since unfortunately i was not with my parents when they went to the store. When my parents went to return the phone they purchased and cancel the line they added it seemed that he was very bothered that we were returning it and felt like he kept making a big deal out of it. I had already spoken to customer service multiple times and they couldn't even explain why a fourth line was added. He was snapping me and giving was being rude because I wanted to confirm that the right steps were being taken to fix the issue. When I told him he didn't have to be rude and why he had so much attitude his answer was simply because I kept asking him the same question. I work in customer service and even if someone were to ask you the same question 10 times that is not how you respond. You are there to give your customer a piece of mind and assurance. If he spoke to me like that i wonder how he spoke to my elderly parents who aren't that tech savy when they first went to the store.
