AT&T Store, Ridgecrest CA

New phone and “simple” instructions didn’t work. Eric at AT&T got the new phone up and running for my phone and then did the same for my sister’s new phone. Quick and easy and in a lot less time than the 3 hours I spent trying to get it working before going to AT&T store.

Eric went and beyond the call of duty to help get my account fixed, this store rocks with him leading it

The employees of this store are so good, smart, and genuinely want to help. It's a long story and I wish I could go through every detail but all I can say is Austin, Eric, and Andres worked as a great team to get me up and running in quick order. Thank you!

I bought a new phone and now I have two phones that kind of work both of them work but I just want the new one to work all the way. I don't understand why it's not working it just isn't. So back to the store I have to go again. Service was great just having equipment failures if I’d have known it was gonna be a nightmare i would have just kept my old phone everything worked except the ear speaker was garbled so I always had to use speaker phone.

Courtney was AMAZING! She was a pleasure to talk with and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. The location is lucky to have her on staff and so is the community.

Purchased phone. Got home and realized I couldn’t send a text or call. Went back to store and was told they were experiencing activation issues that should be resolved in minutes and there was nothing they could do. Went back 2.5 hours later to them doing what they should have done originally! I’m in my late 50’s caring for mid-ninety year old dad after burying mom last month. Customer service leaves MUCH to be desired.

Laresha rocks, she helped fix my phone and helped me understand the reason it wasn't working for me. Simple fix for her but what she did really helped me understand some simple but major maitenance for my phone. Thank you Laresha, you're the best!

Eric has been taking care of our 16 company phone lines for over 5 years now and just went in to upgrade 12 lines with new phones and added an additional line. In and out very quickly! The staff is knowledgeable and very kind. Would Recommend 100%.

Every time I need anything- and, of course when it comes to phones, it's NEVER simple- the folks at this location are the most helpful and the most kind. We're talking mad stress when your phone is on the fritz, but when you walk in they get with you and bring the tension down. They're solution-oriented and they care that when you walk back out the door, you do so with what you need. I really appreciate these guys a lot.

Super helpful and friendly staff. The staff will answer questions, but they don't hover and become annoying. The store is very clean and well laid out.
