AT&T Store, Oakhurst CA

I have had many long hours sitting in an AT&T store, however this location stepped out and completely changed my experience! Great customer service, quick and efficient service, and I left as a very satisfied customer! This will definitely be my new go to location when I need anything. Thank you to Hayden and his colleague who were very gracious and made my trip worth while.

Hayden gave great customer service when I was in need of a new phone, Its awesome to have a at&t store in town so one does not have to drive all the way to Fresno for a new cell phone.

Hayden is awesome you gotta go in and see him he’s very knowledgeable and gets you in and out THANKS HAYDEN!

The Oakhurst store has a very professional customer service/store manager his name is Hayden. He is very informative and helps you and answers all your questions. You want a new phone get it there

Highly recommend this store. Hayden helped me when I came into the store with my phone that wasn’t working. He reset it within a minute and got it going again. I was impressed by his product knowledge and professionalism. He answered my questions in a way that a person who isn’t into technology can understand. Great experience.

Hayden was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with a new phone and leading me through a complicated transfer process. Friendly, honest and straightforward - so much easier than I anticipated!

Hayden at this store absolutely went over and above to find me the cheapest way to get an emergency phone after mine broke. His knowledge and patience with me was outstanding. Highly recommend

I have been in there 5 of 6 times the past 10 years and the staff were not very helpful.
Business hours are not consistent.

Everytime we visit this store the staff always is pleaseant and makes everything simple and easy
