AT&T Store, El Centro CA

AT&T in El Centro has been my go to store since day one. I have been going to this store for years for all my cell phone needs. The entire team there is super friendly and will always great you with a smile. Customer service is always at 100%. I was just there on the 1st and the entire team was friendly, respectful & helpful. Happy New Years!

The assistant manager Mario is really nice and helpful and also Isabel helped us finish the transaction, she was also very friendly! The day we went we came out with two iphone 15 pro max and paid only taxes and we came back a few days to buy the apple watch. Very happy with my experience

Uriel very attentive and kind. Good explanation of every detail that where there was doubt. A successful purchase was made!

Better than Cricket Wireless, AT&T has a better signal and is cheaper. Equipment at very good prices.

I came to el at&t in El Centro to pick up a phone I had ordered and Mario (assistant manager) gave me a really bad service. He did not bother to open the box for me or check if my phone’s service was actually working. He looked like he was in a rush to help others who were there to buy phones. I had to come back to the store & Uriel (the one who originally helped me with the order) offered his generous help! He mentioned that the phone had not been activated in my account & took his time to make sure everything was working for me even tho the store was full! Thank you so much Uriel 10/10

The customer service was excellent, César always helped me throughout my process of changing companies from T-Mobile to AT&T, he was very transparent with all the information and was helping me with any questions that arose in the process, go to Cesar in the AT&T in Centro, CA.

Brenda Favela was optimistic and knowledgeable and helpful. Brenda listened to our story and needs and was able to supply the answers, and the equipment needed for us to succeed; with AT&T. Polett is the best! I come here time and time again because of her! She makes everything easy and enjoyable. No stress. She makes me want to add lines to my cell plan. Maybe even get DTV? ! I hope she never leaves. If she leaves to another company then I’m following her there!
