AT&T Store, Fresno CA

This store is a shame. I walked in first thing this morning to switch my service over to At&t from another large carrier and the girl in the store pretty much blew me off. I asked about a specific type of tablet and what the name is as well and she said, "uh a tablet. " All sassy and put off by the question. I chuckled and walked out. No thank you sass-a-frass.

I had an amazing experience with sales representative Edwin he was upbeat and help me and my mom with all of our issues in a timely and efficient professional manner great job demonstrating leadership ability Thank you.

Edwin and AJ provided outstanding customer service! Great location, and a very welcoming, clean store. Parking is convenient.

Worked with Abigail at this location who worked with us for quite some time to troubleshoot our two Apple Watches and help me pick up a new iPhone 15 for my wife. Everyone here at this location is very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Walked into the new location, and had the best experience I’ve had it in the AT&T store. Solved my problem in minutes, gave me a quick rundown on the promotions that they were running in case I was interested. Really the best experience. Highly recommend.
