Great customer service and amazing employees. I was having a problem with my phone and the manager named Matthew assisted me with all my questions and concerns and was able to resolve the problem. I also purchased a screen protector and the sales representative named Danny installed it in a timely manner, I highly recommend this store!

Place is a rip-off and not helpful! Sell you things and will not fix it when it breaks 2 weeks later. Was talked into buying an iPhone which is junk, beaks easily and then talked into over spending on an otter box and screen protector which did not work. When asked about the warranty, we were told to go through the otter box company, no help.
Great experience Michael was amazing very informative and helpful, I gave me all the deals I could get with my trade in. I would say go first thing in morning when it is less crowded.
