Best store and Staff around! Very smart people! I love how I'm treated at this store. I need a lot of explanations and I get them from their manager. ️

Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Very clean and welcoming. I picked up the otter box charging station for all my apple accessories (iPhone, watch, and air pods), and loved it. Thank you to the manager (Sarah) who suggested it, and the clerk that checked me out. I’ll drive to Oriville from Red Bluff, just for the knowledgeable staff, and large selection of products.

I switched two lines from Verizon to AT&T because they had an up to $1,000 trade-in credit. The sales lady never added the trade in to my lines and now I'm stuck paying full retail. I went to the store to try to fix it, per customer supports request, and she was very rude and said she wouldn't do anything.

After having poor customer service at the Chico location on east 20th on numerous occasions I was desperate to find someone who could explain my bill increase and upgrade my phone. After further investigation on my bill we discovered the Chico store up charged me by adding a line without my knowledge. Thanks to the girls in the oroville store we discovered the issue. They even went as far to give me a number to customer care to resolve my months of over charges. Elizabeth you’re awesome! Thank you for your exceptional customer service the guys at the Chico location could learn a thing from you! Keep up the great work - the world needs more people like you! You were a pleasure to do business with and from here on out I’ll only be stopping in the Oroville store.

I love my phone, they really should change there policy tho. When I go into a store to buy a phone I want to feel them in my hand and see how they operate before purchasing.

I have to say this store has really changed pace, they have an upbeat attitude and they are excited to help with what I need. A few months ago I went in there and it was a different story. I got what I needed then but I felt valued as a customer of AT&T thus go round. We will definitely be back. Thanks!
