I took a survey regarding my experience with ATT store and I entered the wrong answer I was not dissatisfied, I was VERY happy with the help Ismael. He was very knowledgeable and patient - answered all my questions and helped me get extra products that benefit me in the long run. I do everything online for purchases but I think I will be going to see Ismael for some of my ATT needs.
We didn't wait any minute and the person that help us was very informative, polite and a nice guy and with a lots of patiences (we r seniors) we purchased an IPhone 14 pro max and we r happy with his services. Thank u
David was very professional, kind courteous and effective. I had internet issues on my cell phone and he promptly fixed it by changing a subtle setting. I have tried AT&T customer care and the cell phone's customer care over the phone but only David was able to fix the issue. He was also very friendly and I am grateful to him for how he helped me. I wish him all the best.
