16 It would be one star, but Alex who was visiting from the Rhonert Park location gets 10 stars on a 5 star scale. John, apparently the supervisor of the Healdsburg location, sinks the ship. Capitan of The Titanic level sinks, could do the right thing or handle a situation better but chooses his ego and drives right into the iceberg instead. I’m in hospitality and have managed many teams, John would not be hired on my team let alone in a management position. At the very least, he needs serious customer service training.
Alex, on the other hand, deserves a raise and a large holiday bonus. Not only was he amazing in store, but after I left and had an incident with John on the phone, Alex personally called me to work through the issue, made me feel reassured in AT&T as a company, and talked me through the process to make my new phone work properly. John made me ready to cancel AT&T and switch to Verizon like my husband. Alex was customer service and solution oriented. Asking the right questions to see where the disconnect was and figuring out what my needs were and how he could make it happen.
The Healdsburg store has been plagued with turnover. Maybe it’s a management issue.
Anthony has always gone above and beyond helping me. I travel from Santa Rosa to healdsburg to get his help because of Anthony and Gino. I won’t shop at any other att location

My iPhone stopped being able to make phone calls. Jesse, in the Healdsburg AT&T store, reset my network with his friendly and expert help. He took time for me while juggling 2 other in-store customers. His customer service skills are deeply appreciated during my frustrating time trying to make it work. My wife and I came in curious about the exchange for a new I phone 13 pro max, Gino immediately greeted us as we walked in and was able to answer all the questions we had. We asked him how long it would take if we decided to move forward and he said no longer than 30-40 mins. We were done before that because the colors we chose didn’t have in store, so they had to be delivered. Gino was very professional, made the process very smooth, and we even ended up buying some accessories for our new phones. Highly recommend this store and if Gino is there go see him.
I'm Ukiah at&t store customer. I have a problem.with my phone. They don't have a clue and they don't want to help. I went to Healdsburg store Gino's is who help me. He really knows his job. Answer all the questions and took 10 minutes to fix my cell. He is amazing
