The person who is working here at 1: 50 PM /2PM is extremely rude; when we walked in he was in the back room and we waited for a while for him to come out.

After he came out, I asked a simple question about my trade in phone not being turned within 30 days; and the guy here was so rude giving us attitude. All I wanted to get him to do is to look up my account and provide some information; he was saying “there’s nothing you can do” and acting extremely rude and not wanting to provide any help.

I asked” I’m just asking a simple question why do you have to have an attitude” and all of a sudden he started trying to kick us out and tell us “I’m not about to be dealing with this”, and proceeded to tell us to get out of the store.

This is the WORST experience I have encountered; and I feel frustrated that when we called to complain no resolution or responses were provided

The representative here refused to help me trade in my old phone.
I got email from ATT said I should drop my old phone to an ATT store to complete my trade in, so I came here. The representative was not able to help me trade in my phone. He claimed there was no such trade in service and he didn’t know why I got that email.
Then I called ATT customer service to understand the trade in process. The customer service wanted to talk with the store representative, so I gave my phone to the store representative. However that guy hung up the customer service call immediately.
Really really bad service, for both this store and ATT.

Update:
1 week after I dropped my phone, they haven't shipped it back to ATT.
This is a scam and I will call the FTC tomorrow to report this cheating service to ATT.

Jack, the service representative here, is really rude. When I went in and wanted to change plans, he said your plan was the cheapest. My bill had a discount of $40, but this month it turned out to be $218. I asked if there were any other plans I could refer to, but he refused to serve me. There were no other customers at the time, so he asked me to call customer service directly for consultation. I was so angry that I wanted to complain to him. He confidently went out to find a security guard to let me out, Are the current service personnel so impressive? I have been using AT&T for 8 years, and both my family and company use AT&T. Because of this Jack, I really want to switch to another company. Can you please assess the employees before starting work?

We had a great experience with Victoria and Mallory at this store. Helped us through a difficult transfer from a really old Samsung phone to a brand new iPhone. They are smart, patient, professional, and kind. We highly recommend them and this store! Thank you for everything!

Was having some service problems with my IPhone, came in to see if they can help. Sadly nothing could be done on their end but they explained the options I have. Really like the information & how much they actually wanted to help. Any future services I need I’ll probably just come back here.

Came in to discuss my bill and the current promotion I was getting on a phone I got at another store. The previous store didn’t explain how it worked, thanks to Raymond I understand how I’m going to receive my credits from att.

I open an account on at&t store to get mine iphone and the lady told me that they would deliver my phone because they didn’t have in the store. On friday 2 I received an email that my phone was in the store and when I arrived it wasn't there and the 2 ladies in the store told me that my phone wasn’t there and that they can’t do anything for me that i have go fix the phone by myself. Thats not an good customer service

Took my dad to the AT&T store in the Serramonte mall today (10/30/22) to upgrade his phone and the punk kid working there gave us major attitude right off the bat. He was being tremendously rude and was insufferable to the point that after 90 seconds we had enough and walked out. I’ll just say that the worthless peon with the attitude problem was lucky I had my family with me today. I won’t be going back to that AT&T location, at least not to buy a cell phone.

Edit: Just wanted to follow up on how that training was coming along? Or was there never actually any intention to mandate additional training for this particular store?

Went here for phone upgrades. Wasn't able to find the customer service feedback from the mail so just want to leave my review here. We are helped by Raymond. Giving him a 5 star review on his service. Very helpful and efficient despite having technical problems with there system in at&t. Thank you!
