Hassan is a great service rep here. Guided us through a complicated account transfer. His can do spirit satisfied all the necessary hook ups.
Very pleased with our new products and the very pleasant concierge type service we experienced.

So on Tuesday March 2nd 2021, we came into the AT&T store located on 2333 S Sepulveda Blvd. Los Angeles, CA
Let me start of by saying the service in this place is impeccable. Right off the bat, we were greeted with a warm welcome and direct service. Our Sales Rep, Marvin Mendrano offered to help us out with anything we needed. We had a few questions about the Store offer they had for the Nurse and First Responders! He made sure to provide reassurance about everything we had doubts about. He helped me figure out a way to pay $100 dollars less than the current bill we were paying. It Definitely made me feel like AT&T is on the customers side! Not trying to charge an arm and a leg like these other companies! He also helped me figure out a way to get 3 months free of charge for the NPAO offer! If your ever in need of some great customer service and amazing interactions, then go visit Marvin Mendrano at AT&T. He will make sure to satisfy your new phone needs lol

Very good service. My phone became unpaired they fixed. Then mentioned my husband is a vet so they signed him up for a discount and unlimited data

AT&T needs to learn how to put priority first people that are there to pay a bill or buy a phone should get priority. I should not have to wait 30 minutes to pay a bill because the kiosk is down.

Charges $5 for a new sim card, very slow service with the "manager" sitting around with a schedule tablet doing effectively nothing.

The salesperson screwed up and put the insurance on the wrong device. I'm very careful with my phone and I was adamant that I not pay for insurance on my device. My wife however, tends to be very accident prone and I was absolutely insistent that SHE get insurance. Sure enough, her phone got water damaged, but because of a stupid mistake by the salesperson it cost us $800 plus tax to buy a whole new phone. I'm switching to T Mobile first chance I get!

I had really unpleasant experience at this ATT store. This store is closest to my work so I still coming here. If you come here expect waiting time 15 min plus and attitude from younger employees. I wish ATT does train their employees better.

Worst customer service of my life.consistently!

Do not recommend! Can't ever rely on At & T to solve a problem, keep getting the run around as each tech passes on the problem to another and more than happy to 'pass the buck, ' and not handle the problem at hand!

Epitome of corporate america where no one cares about the customer who keeps getting screwed!

I promise never go to the att store again. They just stand there keep chatting, they saw you are there, they didn't say anything like 'hey could you wait for a moment' but shoot a glance at you, their face look like 'ha he is still standing there, let me make him wait more'. If you just want to find someone make you mad and don't know where to go, try this store.

Horrible service

Everyime I came here, i go crazy!

Right now I am sitting on a bench for 20 min, before someone come and ask for my purpose of visit.awkward place and the worst experience I have had with ATT!
