We went to get cases for our phones and found what we wanted, but not before some bad customer service. Maybe just someone's bad day or something? Oh well.

Absolutely no help at all at this store, very very poor service, you have to talk to folks that are in the Philippines and they can't even solve there own email mistake they created on my account, Really thinking going back to Comcast!
Ive been very happy with the customer service provided, when there was a slight hiccup in the service, the employee who helped me was very quick and knowledgable to what needed to he done. Much appreciated.
Worst customer service, they never answer the phones EVER, they make up promotions that don't exist to up sell you then deny.
Horrible customer service, we have ATT phone insurance, screen was broken so we went to claim it fixed under insurance and they said they can't help, you need to call customer service, went to Milpitas ATT and they helped us, placed an order and got the replacement phone next day
Horrible service.please drop this bunch of idiots.customer service at the store level sucks.management sucks.it's like they hired all their friends to just hang out.today I went in just for a replacement SIM card. I called ahead to make an appointment n the person that answer said just to come in they were slow hours. I was there 5 minutes later.waited about 30-40 minutes. "just for a SIM card". Worst store period! The sales representative did not pay attention to my needs n deactivated my old SIM card with out my permission.didn't even apologized. I can't wait to drop AT&T
Terrible service. Go anywhere else. Incompetent service personnel. Went there for a simple request, the representative was wandering the store while she was supposed to be answering prompts on the console. The manager didn't seem to be bothered either and my complaint fell on deaf ears. Why go to the store if you can't get service after waiting for a long time? I will order online or on Amazon.
Sales people here are very helpful and they don't force you with their services. Overall I recommend this AT&T location
This is the worst store I ever visit. Several sales representitive are chatting on the back, only a few are working and there is a long waiting line. The store manager need to be restrained. Understand that you want to have the store looks busy, but you should focus on the customer satisfaction. You are disappointing the customer by make you look good.
Had to wait a little while but they maintain a queue system and everything was simply dealt with and the Aussie phone is now data rich. Simple for tourists.

I think I HATE AT&T as a whole!
These people suck. Make us fool.they offered me 24mbps home internet for 40 bucks a month.after getting installed they say that plan is for 62+ bucks a month. They are worst people in the world making us fool everyday. I am gonna cancel the connection right away. Never get any services from att. NEVER RECOMMEND ATT TO ANY FRIEND. AND ALSO THE MAN CAME FOR THE INSTALLATION STEPPED ON MY PLASTIC CHAIR AND BROKE IT INTO 2. MY FIRST EXPERIENCE IS HELL BAD WITH THIS CO. HATE ATT.
