AT&T Store, Rohnert Park CA

My phone was stolen so I went to AT&T in Rohnert Park to get it shut down and find out if it was insured.

Ernesto helped me. He quickly verified the stolen phone was dead, and then looked to see if it was insured.

Yes! It was covered, though I had a deductable.

Ernesto called the insurance company and got my claim filed.

A new and better phone was on it's way to me in 1-2 dzys.sweet.

While he was doing all this, he was also correcting the dmage I did to my personal S10+, as well as answering all my questions

When the new phone arrived, I had a problem with the SIM. Iwent back to AT&T and IVO the manager helped me virtually as soon as I stepped in the door.

So I had two phone problems taken care of, I was treated with respect and left very happy with the results.

Remember Covid-19 slows things down, it's not the stores fault and it is something we all must endure together. I will still suggest for your AT&T needs, visit the Rohnert Park store.

My grandson and I had an amazing positive experience buying a new phone at the Rohnert Park AT&T store today! Manny, the salesman, was extremely professional, patient, explaining everything so I could understand and helpful throughout the whole process. I truly appreciate it. Plus, it was a very clean environment!

I had the best service one could ever ask for! I was greeted and explained the store’s policy and procedure due to COVID by Ernesto. The best thing was not only was Ernesto polite, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Ernesto was assertive by being able to explain the importance of social distancing and limiting the number of customers in the store. I was seriously blown away to find out this young man is not a manager. If you guys want someone who can connect with the customers, sale merchandise and problem solve, then Ernesto should be a a manager. Just to tell you a little more my mom was in on Saturday and Ernesto told her to have me come in and he would assist me with phone upgrade. I got my new phone and I couldn’t be happy with the service I was provided.

He was very kind, understanding, preserved, never gave up. What a great team player. He was able to multitask and was very cool.

Picked up a sim card for my kids watch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me setup quickly. Only reason for the 4 star rating is they were a bit pushy on trying to get me to move the whole family over to them even after saying i was not interested. Overall a good experience though.

The guys do ther jobs and work fast, but they are somtimes so scaired to just simply help it feals like you are talking to a wall or a loop computer if for example you need your password changed you need to prove 60 details witch thay dont need to change your password.
