AT&T Store, Oxnard CA

Always receive great customer service when I come to this AT&T store. Started having issues w/my phone and was helped by Eric. I definitely like that he was quick and was able to direct me on what to do next if I continued having the same issues.

Hector was amazing. He was able to help me with a brand new phone. He also helped my mother who is crazy technically not savy. Lol. He was patient. Professional and had a ton of information on the products and the services. Definitely will reccomend this location, staff and the AT&T service.

Daniel is great. Answering all my questions in a very polite way and I will be back for all my wireless and entertainment needs.

They are fast and efficient even with Covid 19 safety guidelines. I usually go in during my lunch and they get me out in a timely manner.

Bad service I do like At&t but not the service here I don’t recommend you people come at this store some lady’s who work there are so mean

When I called the store I was asking for a iPhone 6s and they said they did had that phone but when I got at the store they said that they didn’t had the phone I was so upset angry because they were laughing being so rude at me there where two lady’s workers being mean to me love the store but not the service bad service

Always loves AT&T. Always cracking jokes with these people, and I swear sometimes funny when they say they remember me.

I called upset about upgrade but was treated really well by the rep. I was happy when the call was over, they did everything they could to make sure I was was a satisfied customer

This has been one of my worst experiences with a cell phone carrier ever. I've had to comeback to the store over ten times to fix and adjust my account because there's always a glitch. I owe two thousand dollara to my other carriers due to the fact my rewards can't be process due the incompetence of the ATT staff.

I am going to ask question about upgrading for a new Smart phone. You need to wait longer period of time if you decide to visit this Branch. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH for you to purchase a new contract of a Phone!

Just had a wonderful experience with Luis. He was attentive, understanding, and made the process of my warranty return easy and fun! Ashley at the door was a pro as well, and let me know exactly what to expect on my wait.

I can't rate these guys higher. Great service, great attention to detail, and now they have a repeat customer!

Waited 1hr to be helped.and was jumped in walk in line by the manager to a couple behind me and still expected me to wait longer.

Customer service is improving. I only had to wait 1 hour before I was even on the next inline board.

Veronica tried to upsell us to a plan that was higher as advertised and lied about there being other options till we showed her the AT&T website. Then lied and said that is a "Special" deal. Ended up getting the offer advertised but this was a contract plan. If we weren't prepared we could've been hustled by Veronica. Come to the store prepared and don't let those people trick you. Just a warning for anyone coming to this store. Some of them there prey of off the chaos that happens during high traffic times.

This is the good store and will go back every time I need help. The sales help are top notch and know their stuff! Big improvement from my last visit. They turned it around and made me change my review.the sales rep sold me not just one phone but two. Nice. It's like a got the second one for free. Thanks Sales Guy.

I had a billing issue and although it took several days to figure out what had happened, and how to solve it, the store Manager Noe was able to solve the issue efficiently; He was knowledgeable and polite throughout the process. Thanks.
