12RUDE and INCOMPETENT. I stood around for an hour before they even acknowledged us. The manager tried to charge my wife and I twice the price at the other ATT store. Then she all but called us stupid for comparing prices at another ATT store. Never going there again.
First of all this isn't even a real ATT company store, it is just a authorized dealer so you don't get the same level of service or money saving that would be available at an actual ATT store. They don't tell you they either. We bought three phones and they didn't tell us about a promotion that would have saved my company over two thousand dollars. Extremely rude and dishonest. We will never do business with them again. If you like to save money don't go there.
I went to exchange a damaged phone and had the Worst customer experience/service with Naomi. She was extremely unprofessional and so rude to me and my child. She did not solve the issue I was having, I had to literally call ATT direct to get help. It’s unfortunate to have the store so close but the service is so poor. I will never use that location again.
Came in store to upgrade and Noemi was super helpful and had great customer service. Will definitely be coming back!
Installation Technician Victor Tam provided exceptionally customer service. I wanted to relocate and activate a port for my AT&T Store internet. Victor was professional and knowledgeable with the network and explained everything in detail. He made sure to check the port was working before ending the job. And he also finished the job in under 10 minutes! Wow!
I don't deal with AT&t or at least I don't recommend their phone service or their TV service because they will lie to you and sign you up for contracts that they don't stand by their very fraudulent. So please be warned don't do business with AT&t ever

Walked in to switch my old SIM to my new phone. The manager Eddie did it in one minute. Great services without waiting time.
Ed knows his stuff. Was able to resolve my internet issue. I also got a great deal on a new iPhone.
Staff available this day we're 'customer NO service' types. Until Manager had to be called, then responses and service. This was 4.5 hours of my life I will not get back!
Came in for a billing issue very upset however, the store manager Paul was very helpful. He helped me with my concerns and went out of his way to help me out. Ever since I have been coming to this location continued service. Such a great staff and store. I recommend this store for all your wireless and TV needs.
