Auburn Honda reviews
17I just bought a car from them and I felt I was treated well and fairly. I will buy future cars from them.
Great customer service they told me an hour and I was out with in 20 minutes extremely satisfied with the service
Best service department in all of my experience. Jess and the crew are awesome, always friendly and take great care of my HRV. I wouldn't dare take my car anywhere else, even for an oil change (Honda fluids only!) Love that they offer snacks and coffee in the lounge. You guys rock! Thanks again for all that you do
A very knowledgeable and helpful servicewriter, Jason, saw me park and walk up and came out to help me.
They were able to do my service while I waited and the price was quite reasonable.
Please note that I worked for a Mercedes dealer for 25 yrs.
So I guess Auburn Honda doesn't need our business! We are in the beginning process of purchasing a vehicle and was told they would call.us right back to give us our options and to arrange a test drive! Well its been 3 days now and crickets! No call back, nothing! So we have moved on and away from Auburn Honda to a new dealership who is happy to earn a sale!
Service after the sale has been fantastic. Very professional and down home feel at the same time. Highly recommend.
Absolutely horrible service. They are terrible at communication and frankly they are just plain shady. I wouldn't go here again if it was my only choice left.
Our salesman, Hector was really pleasant, But the salesman in charge is arrogant and impatient.
Great service! Wish there had been more variety when I went to buy my car last October. My car is nice but it's a bit squishy for somebody with long legs.
I brought my car in the end of last summer last year to get the AC fixed because it would work on and off. I was told it would cost $250 to diagnose it and that would go toward the cost of fixing the problem. He mentioned no leaks and something about the system needing cleaned out (you know I’m not a mechanic that’s obviously why I take my car to a shop) and apparently that in the “future” the compressor needs replaced. Well apparently all they did was recharge the Freon, and not actually diagnose the issue considering it still doesn’t work SOMETIMES. So yes I paid $250 something to get Freon put in my car and still have an issue with the AC that wasn’t diagnosed. Thanks.
On top of that I also had the check VSA Light “diagnostic” the same time as the check engine light. (Also last summer) They didn’t diagnose that either and said maybe it just needed cleared or reset. The light came back on the next day and when I called to mention it he told me it must be a DIFFERENT ISSUE. Unfortunately it’s hard to find an honest mechanic these days or one that actually takes time to listen to what is going on with your car to accurately assess the issue, especially being a girl SMH. Done with this place.
I really wanted to like this dealership, because I wanted to buy local, but the salesman I interacted with just would not allow that to happen. He was incredibly pushy and even condescending from the moment he walked up to me, and he would not leave me alone until I got into my car to drive away. If you just want to look around at your own pace, I would not recommend this dealership.
Very nice and hard working people. Made me a new key in less than the expected time. Free water bottles. Plenty waiting room.
Personable staff, they gave us a great experience.
I’m a first time buyer. I have a pretty good credit score, but because I never took out a loan and don’t have loan history, the interest rate my bank offered me was ridiculous. I re-applied with a co-signer, which lowered my interest rate to 3.5% but I didn’t like not being the primary on my own loan.
We explained this to them, and Auburn Honda managed to give me a loan offer on a used car at only 3% with no co-signer.
Also, I got a beautiful Honda Accord Sport at an extremely good price.
Other than that, during our test drive, I noticed there were scratches on the windshield and Gary resolved the issue quickly.
The process was straightforward and they were generally quick to respond, accommodating, and warm.
Auburn Honda is a different kind of dealership because of the people. From Phil, in sales, the manager Paul, and financial services, they all were kind, truly helpful, and they gave us the time to think about what decision we needed to make without pressure. We looked at 4 different dealerships, but we bought at Auburn because they are genuine and trustworthy. This dealership even sends personalized handwritten thank you cards. I have never seen this done before in all the years we have bought new cars.
Jeremy was very helpful, he explained everything clearly. They have a nice waiting area and are very Covid compliant. And they washed my car.
I'm a very HAPPY 2020 Honda Ridgeline owner. Todd Christlieb & Trae DeBeaubien and staff are rated #10! They do not push or even rush upon my buying a new truck! Thank you so much you guys!
Best Regards,
Sherry
Nice place to sit around while you buy a car or get one fixed up. Personable service. One representative sent me a handwritten card asking me to come in for a discount on a service I couldn't afford at the time. Seems like the thing to do.
