Auburn Oaks Care Center

My aunt was here for a few weeks recently. My initial impression was decent, but only improved as her stay progressed and I continued to visit. Many staff helped to make her stay and recovery as smooth as possible. Special shout out to Dorothy and Milka among many others. Awesome!

I had a difficult roommate but he was gone during the day. Staff was professional and helpful. All in all, a good experience.

Excellent therapy department. Excellent nurses and some really good CNAs. The staff were friendly and kind. Dietary was super good about working with me to find things I liked and could eat.

If I ever have to go back to a skilled nursing facility I will demand I go back here. The staff go overboard to make sure you are comfortable. I am amazed by the staff. They are considerate, compassionate, and friendly. The food is very good. The facility is so clean and they come in and clean your room everyday. The laundry service is incredibly fast and they bring your clothes back folded nicely or hung. Everything is just run so well.

The staff have been some of the best people I have met in a long time. They are kind, caring, and compassionate. They made me feel like I was the only one there when working with me.

The staff were great, food was good, and I had my own room which was nice. My only complaint was I felt there were no other patients I could communicate with on my same mental level. Seemed there was a lot of dementia.

I have been treated very well here. My care has been very personalized. Everyone here is pleasant.

My mother was here 12 yrs ago and I was impressed with her care. I asked to come here when I found out I needed rehabilitation and it was an excellent decision. The food is great, you get so many options. The staff are very attentive and come right away when you need them. They therapy was great. They helped me feel ready to go home.

I came here for therapy and everyone has been really kind. They took great care of me and kept me comfortable.

Not only was I impressed with the care I received, but with the care I saw the staff give to everyone and each other.

My mother was here, until her passing (10 months). The Nursing staff and CNA staff and ALL others that help run/care for the residents here are ALL FANTASTIC. Thank you ALL for the loving care and patience you had for my mother, as she was a fiesty one. Thank you again for what and how you do it! I would definitly recommend this clean and safe facility for your loved ones.

Clean facility with staff that treat you like family. They also have an awesome therapy team.

I had a very wonderful experience at Auburn Oaks Care Center. I was there almost a month after major back surgery and then needed a skilled nursing facility. I felt very safe and in good hands
The medical staff, physical therapists, occupational therapists, all different departments I met or were involved with were great!
Very professional and caring. Everyone was very attentative and kind. The environment was clean
I would recommend it to family and friends whole heartily! I am on my way to a good home recovery thanks to this facility.

The location is convenient, and that's where the positive comments end. The woman who was giving us a tour of the facility was sick, gave her illness to me, and who knows how many others, I was sick for 7 days! The smell inside was horrible, lots of bleach smell, but not in a good way. Throughout the facility, very unpleasant odors everywhere. Corridors cluttered, and not just with residents as you expect, but disheveled charts cattywompus in the halls. All over disorganized. Staff seemed stressed, as opposed to efficient busy. Not much to offer in the physical therapy room. Maybe we hit them on a bad day, but my goodness, even if you gave them the benefit of the doubt, still bad.
