3I've lived at the Auburn Townhomes for a little over a year now. I would highly recommend this wonderful little community. The management has been nothing short of incredible to me. I did have some issues with one particular neighbor, and Jen (manager) always handled things with professionalism and care. I love all the people who live here, and I especially adore the dog friendly atmosphere! It's a great place to take walks with my children, ride bikes with the kids, walk your dog, lounge at the beautiful pool or just hang out in your backyard patio. Management here is exceptionally caring and accommodating, and I think this is one of the most important aspects of living in a comfortable, safe and peaceful complex.
We lived here for 9 months and absolutely loved it! The manager Jen was always quick to respond and resolve any concerns or issues. I would recommend these townhomes with no doubt and would move back in a second.
(Edited) Lived here for 2 years, they constantly raise the rent and implement new rules. Children cannot play ball, run or ride bikes/scooters/etc. The neighbors are nosey and will look into your windows and enclosed patio areas.
They have been remodeling the entire time we lived here and still are not done. I would not recommend if avoidable.
