Would like to preface this rating by saying that Daniel is absolute class. Although he was not my advisor, I (like many others) would request him specifically if you choose to develop a relationship with this boutique.

Asked if it was ok for a walk in appointment, front desk gentleman said of course. Was seated with a lady who asked who my sales associate was, told her it was her. She then took down my phone number and told me that I would need to setup an appointment. Not the best way to treat a potential client.

I want to thank Ms. Lau for the wonderful experience she gave me and my mother about AP brand. She is very passionate and professional, and even let my mother tried the watch on her wrist. I learned a lot about the story behinds AP brand and I will definitely get my first AP from her in the future, I highly recommand doing business with her!

If I could give 10 stars on this review, I would, and it’s all because of the technical advisor, Patrick!
I have a couple AP ROO’s that needed service, and he walked me through the whole process and insured so much confidence and knowledge that if I was in the market to buy another AP, I would’ve got one on the spot!
I’ve been in the watch game for a while, and I’ve dealt with some of the snooty egos that go along with the prestige of the brand. Patrick was so easy to talk to you, and relatable. It was almost like I was talking to my best buddy that all of a sudden became, super knowledgeable on my most beloved, watch brand AP!

If you have any questions on an AP, then go visit Patrick at the boutique in South Coast Plaza. Simply awesome!

Worst customer service ever. If I was by myself I wouldn’t mind but I came with my wife and 2 kids and the Director acted like he is the owner of AP and not an employee. So arrogant and disrespectful.

Visited the Costa Mesa AP boutique Today and wanted to share the extraordinary experience. I met with Patrick and He was truly outstanding. We spent quite a bit of time talking about my interests and He provided some great suggestions. No sales pitch or sales pressure. Just two watch enthusiasts talking about watches and getting to know one another. It was such a comfortable atmosphere. I really enjoyed my time there. I had a wonderful experience for my first visit at the store. I felt very welcomed and every staff in the store is very friendly, especially my advisor. She is very professional, patient and knowledgeable. My advisor spent a decent time chatting with us about watches and discussing our interest. She also introduced us AP history and its collection in details and let us tried on different models like royal oak, royal oak offshore and explain to us the craftsmanship of each watch. Once I tried RO and ROO on, I immediately know these are THE watch. I have to collect them all!

I look forward to my next appointment and my long term relationship with AP and my advisor. Can’t wait to go back again Definitely recommend set up an appointment before you go visit this store!

Shout to my friend Patrick Buckley. This review is way overdue. He made the whole experience with "AP" - WONDERFUL. Every time I visit other boutiques and other competitors; you can kind of tell that they are not interested in you. Patrick Buckley is someone I can relate on and have a full on conversation with. Without Patrick, I would probably stay with the same mind set where they only care about the rich. THANK YOU PATRICK, YOU ARE THE BEST!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Audemars Piguet, and I have to say it was an experience to remember. From the moment I booked my appointment, I knew I was in good hands. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

What really made my visit special was the sales person, Patrick. He was absolutely amazing and took the time to get to know me, my interests and my watch collection. It was clear from the outset that he was passionate about what he does, and he took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how small.

What I appreciated most about Patrick was his patience. He never once rushed me or made me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. Instead, he took his time to show me all the watches I was interested in and made sure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

I was incredibly impressed with the level of service and attention to detail I received. I would highly recommend this AP location to anyone in the market for a new AP watch, as the quality of service is second to none, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. And if you do decide to visit, make sure you ask for Patrick. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful experience.

Wasn’t wearing my tuxedo although I was wearing an H Moser timepieces so my apologies for under dressing for the occasion.

Door lady took one look at me (kind of disgusted if gauging her reaction) and just said “appointment? ” “No” “appointment only” and shut the door. Time pieces are overrated and so is the service evidently. Owned royal oaks in the past, both with issues that required them going to the service centre so don’t know why I was curious today. Thanks for cementing my impression of AP.

Shout out to "Sushi" Buckley! Haha. Had me laughing the whole time. The boutique has a wonderful aroma, crisp refreshments, and an open conversation across the brands. It was great to meet someone that has been in the game so long and chat as opposed to feel like you're under scrunity. I get the feeling he has the 'aloha spirit' and you come away with more energy than you entered. The timepieces, as you imagine are stunning as well. They expect to be getting a Starwheel in for the store which would be really cool to see. Looking forward and thanks for the visit!

Me and my wife had a wonderful conversation at the Boutique with Qiqi. She is very professional, patient and knowledgeable. She had us tried several models like royal oak and royal oak offshore. We not only talked about the watches, but also talked about our hobby and goals. Highly recommend to anyone who want to visit, and I’m guarantee you will have a nice experience here.

Rude SA, doesn’t reply to emails or phone calls. They think they’re high and mighty selling a watch and want buyers to kiss up. Good luck when the market turns.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Patrick walked me through the entire collection the heritage and highlights of each. Patrick took his time to explain the craftsmanship and took out multiple references for me to try on to see which I liked. Once we had identified two references I would like he introduced me to Daniel who walked me through the waitlist and purchase process with complete transparency and respect. I own two Rolex’s and have been to ADs over the years and this was hands down my best experience, I can’t wait to get my first Audemars Piguet (hopefully this year) and this was a fantastic introduction to the brand and I will now be a life long customer if this caliber of customer service persists. I look forward to coming back to pick up my watch!
