What you can when you have 9 Audi's from same delarship in last nine years! All we can say it's an awesome expreince! Sales Staff hands down one of THE BEST! For last nine years Eddie and his sales staff taking care of us! We just love everyone at Audi Of Concord. Their Service department is also one of the best! Mike Forney is one of the best service adviser!

I had a great experience buying my Audi here last month. The sales staff were friendly and very accommodating. The whole process was great. I had originally gone to another Audi dealership where they were really not professional or courteous. Audi Concord was so much better.

Checked my lug lock because I lost key to it. Didn't charge me for it but didn't give me code so I could order myself, they said they could installed new set and charge me 125 and I have to leave car over night. Just to swap lug nuts out.

I wanted to like Audi Concord, but my experience was ultimately an utter disappointment. I scheduled two cars for a test drive a week in advance. With them knowing I am coming from SF, 5 minutes before my appointment, I get an email notifying me that they have sold both cars.

Too late to turn back now. As I waited for the sales guy to get other models ready for my test drive, I noticed other patrons were offered water, coffee, and direction to the bathroom, and I just sat there without anyone offering me anything.

After one hour, they notified me that b/c I am not the primary insurance holder on my AAA policy (family plan), they won't let me test drive any cars. Sure, that can be your policy, but I sent you my documents one week in advance for a reason, way to tell me now.

Furthermore, after 1.5 hrs, the sales guy finally was able to provide a car walk through. In the 15 min car demo, I had the opposite of having his undivided attention. He must have helped at least three other patrons while giving me a car tour. I did not feel like he was interested, engaged, nor cared about this sale with me.

At last, I expressed interest and wanted to talk about the price. I understand CPOs go out fast and typically have less pricing wiggle room, he could have said something nicer instead of "If those cars from other sites break, you will still be coming back to us. " I left the dealership, knowing I can get better pricing and more respect elsewhere.

The bottom line is, I understand this is an extraordinary time with COVID and reduced staffing, but this is no way to treat customers.

7/2 Update:
The General Manager Tim personally called me, apologized for the experience I had, and provided more color around the CPO pricing. He sounded really sincere and based on this interaction alone, I would love to give Audi Concord another chance down the road when the opportunity comes up.

A very nice experience in this dealer. I got a sincere greeting from one of the sale associate within 1 minute I stepped into the showroom. The internet manager Howard has demonstrated his professional customer service skill with patience and knowledge during the whole period of my visit.
A much better experience compared with the other Audi dealer in Fremont.

Best customer service! Were not pushy. Brent, is fairly new, took his time to assist us and tell us the great features on each car we were interested in. Did not force us to have our credit check ran without first making sure the car fit our needs and budget. Will definitely recommend this place to friends.

Class act dealership. Ryan Sousa was my sales rep.and even though I was buying a used Ford fora commuter.not a $200k R8 he was top notch. Not pushy or preasuing in any way. The dealership is very beautiful inside and out, and everyone we spoke with salesman, sales manager, finance, were completely attentive and clearly customer service oriented.

I will definitely be buying another car from these guys. Maybe a Q7 with all wheel steering. Maybe (when the wife's car is finally ready)

I have been going to Concord Audi since my first purchase of a CPO A4 back in 2011. I ordered an RS3 back in August 2017 which is unfortuntely held at port. Despite this frustration, Concord Audi and my sales associate, have been very supportive and met my unique needs during this wait. Great dealership to work with!

Service Mgr has lost control of running his service dept. I had arranged to gift my second vehicle to my Lyft driver and he barked at me leaving it their overnight. He should be ashamed of himself! Not to mention getting his equipment serviced. With unusually high temperatures daily for a month, couldn't he predict a slew of customer service calls? My vehicle was supposedly fixed and washed. It was obvious the rear had dirt in it, and should have been vacuumed. Porsche never delivered my serviced 911's dirty. Obviously lunch hour is a very poo time to enter premises. Get a basic clue folks. Never ever discuss your lunch plans in front if a customer!

The best Audi dealership in the Bay Area hands down! Great service department and salespeople. Very honest and down-to-earth they don't play games. This is the reason why I chose Audi of Concord! I want to say thank you to Cody one of the sales managers.

Everyone here was amazing except the finance manager. He was both rude and unprofessional. If it were based on him alone is give 2 stars. But the sales staff were so great I can only ding their 5 stars by 1 because it's not their fault he had no customer service skills.

My family's experience of audi was very nice. No pushy salesman and very friendly staff that made sure we had all of our questions answered. We were even offered a teat drive even though we said we were just looking and not consider buying. I wish most dealerships would be this pleasant.
