Just picked up a beautiful Audi Q4 Sportback in metallic blue. The car is awesome, and the sales process couldn't have been better. David Stevens, our sales guy, kept us informed throughout the process from test drive to order to delivery, and was super informative about the operation of the car even though it is so new. The GM also helped make the sales process go smoothly and beneficially. All in all, a great experience.

I would give 0 star if I can! I turned in my 2019 Q7 here as the lease ended. Fletcher Jones had this Amazing Offers for month of December 2022.
The ad says regardless of where you leased if you turn in your car at Fletcher Jones Audi of Fremont, the benefits are as follows,
*avoid lease inspection fees
*avoid disposition and turn-in fees
*avoid mileage fees
*avoid wear and tear fees
You even get a check for $500 which you will receive by mail in 10-days.
This dealership did not honor any of these benefits listed on the ad. I spoke with 2- lease associates and the manager Alex and it was a waste of my bloody time. I understand that there may be restrictions and exclusions etc which is why I called first to see what I may be looking at prior to making my appointment.
In addition, I even asked for cars available for me once I turn my car in but of course I would not be under any obligation.
I was told that Fletcher Jones has another dealership about 2-blocks away and in fact there are other SUVs that I may be interested in. I was told not to worry if I get a car from Mercedes and that they will be there when I come back because after all, they are both Fletcher Jones.
Lies, lies. You should be ashamed of yourselves! So, this is the way you get your future clients? By selling false advertisement? I am a reasonable, I am not asking for the world but honor something!
The last time I talked to Alex I was told that I am only being charged for the 2-front tires and that I would not have to pay for a windshield wiper. It was 2-weeks later when I received a bill of nearly $8000. I kept calling this dealership, leaving messages but did not receive a call back.
I normally do not write reviews but would rather have whoever correct the mistake or at least have some decency to meet me halfway. So disgusted! I will never drive an AUDI ever again because of you people. I am also in the car industry and I will make sure to spread the word around so no one falls with your FALSE advertisement

Jane Wen helped us during our visit and she explained everything in detail and she is very polite and welcoming. Louis Garcia also helped us during the buying process and was extremely helpful and polite. If you are going to buy an Audi buy it here.

This dealer will take every opportunity to make a buck and recommend things that are absolutely not necessary. I had a purge value throw a momentary error. Part is $70 and every easy to replace. Dealer quoted me $3k. After some forum searching I had them reset the error and the car hasn't had any issues since. Don't just blindly accept their quotes or recommendations. Question everything. Ask them to itemize everything. And make them tell you why things are needed. They will rob you blind any chance they get.

Very friendly. BUT… we spoke to the sales manager. We were interested in an RS6. They had a 35k markup on one we really wanted. Said they would come down to 25k (Jan 7,2023) off that amount and that it was market price. Ended up going to Stevens Creek Audi and with a minor amount of negotiating, less than a week later, got one at MSRP. We even told them we would sit down and buy that day if they would waive it. We are now proud owners without a mountain of debt, singing the praises of another local dealer. But… as long as people keep paying it, they will keep charging it. As of Jan 30 it’s still for sale.

Jim the finance manager is a very hostile man! We just wanted to see the price breakdown and he wouldn’t show it to me until the end! Every time I would ask a question he seemed to get mad and just rude! If he is your finance manager run or ask for someone else. I Hope every other manager isn’t like Jim!

Been there today for safety recall service which I scheduled through their call center last week. Upon my arrival, i was asked to stay in my car, In a couple of minutes, one person came and explained that there’s a long queue, so I’ll have to drop my car and come back in 7-10days, also no loaners available at the moment, then asked me if I wanted to reschedule for a day when loaner’s available. She kindly said she hoped their call center would help explain this to customers when scheduling service by phone, but apparently not, so I went all the way only to hear that I will need to schedule a new date when loaner MIGHT be available. What a service, thanks Audi Fremont!

Had a very bad experience with sales manager. While discussing leasing price he provided some analogy which I felt very disrespectful. Will never go back here.
Had pleasant experience while interacting with sales rep but manager never made it comfortable to discuss pricing (I was referring internet advertised price), I felt conversation was more of confronting.

My review is for the service department at Audi in Fremont, CA. This place has really gone downhill and is a shame to the Fletcher Jones name. The reservation system at this place is a joke. I’ll save you some trouble: they don’t tell you this up front, but expect your car to take 4-7 days to be serviced. Also, every time I’ve been here, there is a serious shortage of loaner vehicles. So, expect to be without a car for a while. I should have read the other recent reviews here first because many other customers say the same thing.

I called to schedule a brake flush and spark plug replacement and asked if it would be okay to drop the car off the night before so that I can pick the vehicle up after work the next day. The individual that scheduled the appointment recommended that I schedule an early morning appointment (7: 30am) so that the car can be ready later in the day. I dropped my car off the evening before and was quoted $475 for the spark plug replacement and $298 for the brake fluid exchange ($773 total) by the advisor, Frank. At this premium I expect stellar service but Audi Fremont was a huge fail. I checked on the status of my car the next day around 2pm and was told by the advisor that my car was still in the queue and that it would take a few more days. At no point was I told I’d be without my vehicle for more than a day. Frank called and said that it would take about four days and that their typical backlog was seven days. This place clearly doesn’t know how to manage appointments to ensure clients are scheduled appropriately. Needless to say, I picked my car up the same day without it being serviced (inconveniencing a friend for a ride and hours in traffic). With all the competition in this industry, I have no doubt that I’ll find someplace else that offers better customer care, faster service, and savings.

Excellent Service, Craig wallace, the service rep.is the best. He helped me with a rental car and also finished the repair in a very short time working with the technician. I would definitely recommend going to this dealer ship for any car servicing or repairs. Very professional.

Shady shady shady, please do your due diligence and research these guys before going forward because they’ll have you signing things and doing unnecessary credit pulls when you already been approved from your own bank. There are plenty of other beautiful cars elsewhere.

General service and car wash is good but the sales department is very bad. I had an appointment with manager Louis Garcia for my lease buyout. I had clearly stated I am not looking for any finance aid and asked for all the formalities before reaching the dealers office. After reaching the office, they ran my credit without my consent thinking I am looking for an auto loan. How on earth do you guys run credit without the consent of the buyer? In this case without asking if I am looking for a loan. Seriously? To make it worse, after processing all the paperwork’s the manager said he can’t sell the vehicle since it has a recall pending. Not a good day to remember but the stain doesn’t go away.

I bought a 2022 Q5 this year through the help of Louis and Jason and I am very happy with my purchase. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get a great deal but also set me up with delivering my car to me (2+ hours away) which was a huge plus for me. The Team at Audi Fremont was fabulous and easy to work with! The process was smooth and they kept us updated from day one through the day of the delivery. Wayne Kuo was amazing and made sure that everything was perfect and in an orderly fashion! If you are planning to visit the dealership, be sure to ask for Wayne and Ben.

Louis and Omar from the finance team were fun to interact with as well. This is probably the best experience we have had at a dealership in a very long time! Be sure to check out Audi Fremont when shopping around for your next Audi!
