20 My husband and I had an overwhelmingly positive experience at Audi Ontario. We received a warm welcome from the staff, and truly enjoyed the process of purchasing our vehicle. Mike was incredibly helpful and worked within our budget to find something that was a perfect fit. We test drove our vehicle alongside Sayid who was knowledgable about the car's features and patiently answered our questions. We are appreciative of Sayid and Mike's kindness during a process that can prove to be stressful and uncertain. I absolutely recommend this dealership for your auto needs.

Leased my 2024 Audi Q8 e-trone with Audi Ontario and was very happy with my leasing. My sales representative, Mario Granados, and sales manager who did a great job helping me with my Q8 lease. Our car buying experience with Audi Ontario was superb from start to finish. Farzy Rashid helped us out a lot and we genuinely felt heard and understood with what we wanted. Not only did he provide quality customer service during the whole car buying process, he also made sure we were comfortable, really happy and more than satisfied with the car we got. This was by far the best car purchase we have ever experienced. Beatrice at finance also made the final steps of vehicle ownership very simple and quick which we appreciate. Farzy Rashid, the lease retention manager at Audi Ontario contacted me and set a meeting to discuss my options 5 months before my lease expiration. Surprisingly, Farzy patiently managed to resolve some difficulties to switched me to a new car and a new lease with payment and terms to my satisfactory.
I left the dealership with a new car on the same visit that evening. Thanks to Farzy and Dean, Beatrice at financing department, they were straight forward and made the whole transition a simple and pleasant experience for me.
Dealer does not take care of customers. When a concern was raised, dealership did not get back to us. Even after filing a complaint, dealership continued to ignore. Will take our business elsewhere.

Writing this review to outline my experience over 2 phases of car buying process that might help if you're about to go through it as well. First is sales- Test drive cars and find your perfect fit. Second is finance- $$, add-ons and interest rate approvals. Tania Ashraf (sales) and Beatrice Rodriguez (finance) alone deserve the full 5 stars for their professionalism and detailed knowledge. Couldn't have picked better people to help me out through the process.
I also want to call out things that stood out in each part of the process.
Sales:
Tania patiently answered all the questions we had and definitely has more knowledge on cars/tech than I could find online! Communication from her team (incl Jessica) was prompt and there was a willingness to work around changing schedules.
Finance:
This is the part that everyone dislikes about dealerships (pushy sales tactics, higher interest rates etc) ; but I was completely surprised with my experience. 100% transparency throughout the process, gave me enough time and space to weigh in tradeoffs and come to my decision. I was anxious about this walking in from my past experiences, so if you are in the same boat, I'd request for Beatrice specifically for this part.

Tried make an appointment with my service person. I was told he wasn't available. Can someone else help me. No I like dealing with the same service rep. That person knows my history. I left my number for the service representative Chris. Still waiting for that call back. Disappointed with Ontario audi. 2020 audi should not be going to the dealer this must. Please run from this place. AUDI US NOT IT. SAD

We cannot recommend Tania enough. As a woman in a male dominated industry, she was empathetic toward past experiences shared and addressed every concern to the last detail. No small feat, as we had many. We felt comfortable and well equipped for our purchase. Her transparency is refreshing and we are so happy to have had her guide us through this (often frustrating) experience so smoothly. Beatrice took us to the finish line with the finance paperwork and we were anticipating that being the most stressful part of the process but she, just as Tanya, had broken everything down and helped clear up any confusion as well as giving very helpful recs. Without going into every detail I’ll just say: We were thrown off by the manager, Brett, toward the end but he later called and apologized for his behavior toward the staff. We’re happy with our purchase and have these amazing gals to thank. Strongly recommend requesting the two when you come in!

LOL (J/K sorry I do not remember his name. I have never had a finance experience like it before. Love my new 2021 Audi Q5 Hybrid.
I’ve been taking my car for services to Audi Ontario for years now thanks to Alex Wong. Very nice and helpful guy. He’s gone out of his way to help fix minor cosmetic issues in my car that he could’ve charged me a lot of money for. It’s always a good conversation with him when I come into Audi to service my vehicle as well. Thanks to him I’ll continue to bring my car to Audi Ontario. When it comes time to buy a new car I’ll do it with Audi Ontario thanks to Alex Wong’s good customer service!
Use Extreme caution! This place is a disaster! Normally I'm for taking your car to get serviced at the dealer, but this place has some of the worst techs. My first experience; a technician broke my glove box handle for what reason? Who knows? I don't have locks on the wheels, I didn't ask for a tire rotation. On another visit I ask the front desk to have my timing belt checked. Front desk comes back tells me the technician is not able to perform such a task. Do these technician not get paid enough? It's two tabs on the side of the engine and voila, you can see the timing belt. On my next and final visit I get an old change maybe the verdict is still out. The front desk contacts me to inform me I need a new timing belt, I need new brakes, I need ect.confused I ask how this could be, prior to my visit, I had those items taken care of and would like an explanation!? Well it turns out the tech did not check, review, and or possibly service my vehicle. The technician copied the the previous technicians notes on my vehicle. What a disappointment.
A day after Ontario Audi sold me a 2023 e-tron GT, I noticed the steering wheel was not leveled. I brought the car in service and they will not fix the issue claiming that its within specifications. For a car over $125,000 MSRP, I am expecting the car to be flawless. But unfortunately Ontario sold me a car with flaws and did not step up to fix it.
I had a great experience with Farzy. I was able to get into the vehicle I wanted at a price that worked for the both of us.

Didn’t know about them until recently but wish I had sooner. Having leased 12 (mostly German) cars for family and friends over the past two decades, I can say this was THE best experience of them all
It can be a drive for someone from Orange County or west LA - but it is worth it - I ended up spending only 90 minutes at the dealership and it was a super pleasant experience
They don’t bs you with “salesy” talk like some others but are very professional — simple hard numbers and all the facts are laid out upfront so you can decide for yourself before making the drive.
And while they might not be the biggest in SoCal, their pricing and effort to meet your expectations is second to none and better than some of my experience with Orange County dealers
And if you do plan on contacting them, be sure to reach out to Chris Blair and Gabino. Even the financing dept (Dean) was amazing with no pushy upsells but logical discussions on how to save money further - ex: adding Audicare are bumps up the residual by 1% making the lease cheaper and almost pays for itself
Highly recommend them. Usually I just fill out dealer surveys sent by the automaker and leave it at that, but the fact that this is my first review for any car dealer tells you how impressed I was with the transaction. I hope you will be too!
