I've been here twice and each time the place has been deserted. Reuben was the salesman that "assisted" me. His overall demeanor was poor and seemed annoyed that he had to assist me. He knew very little about the specific car I was looking at. I was early in the car buying process so I didn't think much of it and figured he knew I wasn't going to buy that day so he didn't feel like trying. I went back a few weeks later and the place was once again deserted (I can understand why). He was talking with some colleagues and reluctantly ended his conversation with them to greet me. He showed me the same vehicle I test-drove several weeks prior and he seemed a little more knowledgeable on the car this time. I told him I was between a few cars at the moment and would like some solid out the door numbers so I can make my decision. He was very, very reluctant to sit down with me and talk numbers (ya know, do his job). The price him and his manager gave me was very odd. It added in and showed the amount of TTL fees to the cost of the vehicle, but then the final price didn't match the calculations listed. I questioned it and he said it was because they do "Ad-ons" that are non-negotiable, which was about 3k extra. Dealerships are hurting right now and you'd think they would give better service and try to sell cars. I won't come here again.

I'd purchased an Audi from this dealership 6 years ago and had a great experience. I went in to inquire about trading in that car and purchasing a new Q3 or Q5. The team was very difficult to negotiate with when it came to pricing. I ended up going to the Audi dealer in Westlake after leaving and was able to get a new Q5 for significantly less than what Oxnard was offering it for in much less time.

My experience with Audi Oxnard, specifically Don, was a smooth experience. Don always answered his phone and my questions with clarity and sensibility - even when I was asking the same question in a few different ways. Because I live an hour away from the dealership, I wanted to be certain that we would agree on a reasonable price and plan we were both comfortable with ahead of stepping foot into the dealership. We did, and they kept their word when I showed up to see the vehicle. They were honest, understanding and flexible with me - a breath of fresh air in the car sales industry. Thank you Don and team for an efficient and headache-free car purchase experience. I love my new Audi!

Just had the exact same experience as Jennifer Berry down below. Very misleading and dishonest. Drove from Fresno to check a TL out, very nice car by the way but considering I’ve had the exact 2012 TL car 2 years ago I knew off the bat the extra add ons were unnecessary. BUT was offered to take them off if agreed to a 14.0 interest rate. Where they take off a fee they will finesse you with getting that money back with an absurd interest rate even with Good credit. Would of been great to come to a honest deal

I am disappointed in my experience at Audi Oxnard. A used car was advertised at a particular price, but the dealership installed the "lojack and clearcoat" extras and did not include the cost of those items in the advertised price, increasing the cost by over $2,000. I was told the lojack could not be removed, and that the dealership was unwilling to negotiate the price. I can't imagine that they actually get away with that? If this practice is not illegal, it's certainly misleading and dishonest. It reminds me of hotels that charge resort fees. Too bad, because I was ready to go purchase the car! The extras that I didn't want or need just put me over my budget, and although the salesperson was very kind, she gave me no indication that she even tried to get the price back into my budget or cared if she made the sale.

Deal or no Deal - A great television show but a terrible dealership experience. I had made a deal via email (in writing) on a low mile used 2022 Audi E-tron with Audi Oxnard two weeks ago after making initial contact with General manager Steve Handler followed by negotiation with the Sales manager Damien Zegers. This car had been on their lot for 107 days and we had a cordial conversation finally coming to an agreement. Everything was great. Until it was sold out from under me at the last minute.

We had agreed on a deal in writing on Thursday evening April 27,2023 at 5: 01 PM and had set up an appointment to pick up the car (approximately 75 minute drive from my home) on Saturday morning @11AM April 29 as I needed a day to set up a plan with my wife and 3 year old daughter to pick it up. This was agreed upon by Damien followed up by some financing and other discussion even though I had financing lined up if needed. Damien emailed a second confirmation on April 28,2023 at 10: 58 AM saying "We will see you on Saturday".

Three hours after that email and less than 24 hours before pickup Damien called me to tell me that a customer off the street had walked in and purchased the car. No remorse, no regret. Just, you weren't here in time. This was clearly not true and highly deceitful as approximately 10 days later this same car, same VIN, same Carfax history showed up at another dealer just south of Sacramento. No customer had just walked in, rather they reneged on their deal straight up, sold it to another dealer and lied to me about it.

Now, based on our communications I took it as they were going to have the car ready for me upon the agreed time in less than 2 days. I was never told that it was an agreed price but that there was no guarantee of a deal if they changed their mind or if someone else came in. The message from the sales manager stated "Deal at 64K! ". Had Damien made that disclaimer I could not blame him but that was not the case.

We had been working on this deal for around 2 weeks and I am beyond disgusted about this action as a representative of Audi USA, a lack of moral integrity and an insult to me personally.

As someone with family members in the car sales business, DO NOT TRUST this dealership! These are the types of people that give car salesman a bad name.

Original salesperson couldn’t answer even basic questions about features of the car, and kept asking annoying, weak tie down sales questions. Luckily a more knowledgeable salesman was able to help clarify some things. But then had the typical disingenuous back and forth used car negotiation experience. Even the finance person was trying to up sell us as we were signing. Came away with a great car but I feel like I need a shower.

I purchased my rs6 five months ago, and I haven't received my registration and plate. The dealer keeps ignored my messages and email. Do not come here!

Horrible service. I emailed and called about a car a several times and they never got back to me. Called today and they sold the car without even giving me a chance to make an offer on the car. This is over the span of 4 weeks. Would not recommend.

Fantastic group of professionals as this dealer, very helpful went above and beyond. Waiting for financing took a bit so they want and grabbed us dinner while we waited. Nothing but class from Damien, Ash, Frank and Parto.
