2 years ago I submitted a high rating for auto service. Today (March 2022) my rating of the Audi Pacific service department (& it's service manager Ron) has dropped to 1 star. FYI, I purchased my new Audi from Audi Pacific, but because of this dealership's lack of concern for my customer experience, I will not return.
Henry at the service department was prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. Couldn't have wished for a better experience. I used to go to Beverly Hills Audi but will be bring my car exclusively to Henry and Audi Pacific.
March 2020- Alex gave us the best customer service! Over a span of only 1 week we worked with him and got the exact car that my wife wanted and at the price I was happy with. My wife has never been so happy with a car buying purchase. I recommend going here and talking to Alex if you are thinking of an Audi. He will work with you and he is very respecful.
**update 2/25/22 - We bought another car from Alex. Again, he gave us great customer service, and I am very happy with my purchase.
Canceled my service appointment last minute. Horrible service and lack of fair treatment to all customers. I highly recommend using a different Audi service department.
I would highly recommend avoiding the service department at this dealership. I understand that it’s probably not a great job but wow the process they have is terrible and the communication is absolute garbage.
It’s really not hard to set expectations and respect peoples time.
Whoever runs this service team needs to find a new gig.
My experience at Audi Pacific was amazing amazing amazing! My boyfriend and I walked in later in the afternoon on Sunday and Joby greeted us right away asking how to assist. We never felt the typical “car dealer sales man” vibes from Joby. It was the far from a stressful experience and never once felt as if Joby was taken advantage of us or trying to just make a quick sale. He made us feel so welcomed and answered all of our questions. He was extremely genuine and made us feel like we were his family he was helping get a new car. We went on a test drive and he knew every cool feature of the car and took time to show us everything. He never rushed us once even as it was getting later and later on a Sunday evening.
All in all Joby is a true gem and exceptional employee and an amazing asset to Audi Pacific. He made the car buying experience so fun and easy. Five stars Joby!
He even followed up with us the next day to make sure we were still enjoying the car and everything was good. This is what luxury service feels like, Joby encompassed it!
We will forever come to Audi Pacific for any future Audi purchases thanks to Joby creating this amazing experience for us.
The service department is terrible and do not bother voicing your opinion about it. The the manager Ron will just look at you almost trying to figure out what you are saying. I am not sure why he is here as he was unhelpful and took zero responsibility for his slow service center and the service computers that crash while cars are in service.
Really bad experience with this dealership. I took in my A7 TDI for service and the repair bill through the roof. After going back and forward with them they gave me a trade in offer that I accepted and rode an uber to the dealership to look at another car and sign the docs. Nothing on the lot worthwhile and asked if they would still buy my car and said yes. I went with Kevin to sign the docs and was told I had to comeback two hours later when the sales manager arrived. I did and the sales manager said they couldn't offer me anything and was sorry. They wasted my entire day, car broken down and no help.
To top if off I towed my car back and upon checking more fuel was added. I reached out to the dealer and they claimed they didn't add fuel to my car and the tow truck driver must of done that. My car is a TDI and asking to make sure diesel was added not gas. This by far was the worse experience and breaking point for me with Audi.
Don't waste your money with Audi or this dealership as you will end up disappointed with a big bill to pay.

Went to have a service this morning and this dude is extremely short and rude. Just avoid this grumpy, angry guy…and pretty much this dealership. This isn’t the first time this dealership has been rude to us and we paid a ton for this new car, that still doesn’t hold correct time and after two years still doesn’t have a software update.
I will preface this by saying I did not buy a car from Audi Pacific. This review is about Diego, one of the salesmen.
I was in the market for a Q7 back in April and got in touch with Diego. He was 100% helpful from the start. He took the time to email me quotes, and was on the phone for quite some time with me looking through other regional inventory to see if he could secure a dealer trade.
Unfortunately, this was not feasible, but Diego still gave me pointers on where to look. The market was not being friendly to us, and he wouldn't have the specific Q7 I was seeking until at least sometime in May or more likely June.
Even though I was able to get my car from another dealership, Diego stood out for his customer service. I will definitely 100% refer any friends who are interested in purchasing an Audi to Diego at Audi Pacific.
I went in for a scheduled service, and everything from start to finish was a great experience. Upon getting to the dealership when dropping off and picking up was i attended to very quickly and was able to get a lyft for myself back home while my car was in for service. Natalie was very nice and was on point. Will be making this my Audi service spot from now on. Will be purchasing my next Audi here also! Thanks again Natalie!
If I could give them zero stars I would. What a very incredibly dishonest company Audi has become these past few years. Beyond disappointed with them for so many reasons. The good news is I have now decided to go with Tesla and I’m very happy that I no longer have to deal with Audi in my future!
