After a stumble on Tuesday, Leo & Lorena in the service Dept.stepped in & up & resolved my customer service & technical concern.

Paul, in the sales department, was one of the most helpful and efficient person I’ve ever met at any Audi dealership. He stop working, answered my questions and spent 30 minutes getting my MMI working perfectly. He should be the GO TO TECH PERSON in the entire dealership. I will buy my next Audi from him because of this.

Be careful when you take your car in for service as they gouge you for price and recommend services you don’t need. Consider getting another opinion or calling a dealer in another town for a quote. The same service in Boston is $200 more expensive here. The service rep tried to tell me that their labor rates are different here. I guess they figure that if you can buy an Audi, you can pay more. I recommend using them for basic services and getting tires, alignment, etc.done elsewhere.

We took delivery of our new Q3 today. Jeremy made the process so easy. His knowledge of the car and it’s features was very helpful.

My last trip to Audi was satisfactory and 2 items were fixed on a recall and extended warranty. The previous time I was told that I needed brakes. I went and got a second opinion and the other mechanic told me that I had approx. 6000 more miles on the brakes and I should wait for the brake light to come on. I just drive locally so I was able to get a year more out of the brakes. The other mechanic was also the one who told be about the extended warranty. He fixed my brakes and told me to get the other repairs covered under the warranty at the dealership. Needless to say, I trust the mechanic more.

Lenora in service is top notch. I receive a loaner car, explanation of all repairs, consults on future potential repairs and regular maintenance. Am very pleased with Audi Rancho Mirage.

I was satisfied with my experience from start to finish. It was phenomenal not having to purchase out of the area and being able to purchase and stay local. Thanks Audi RM—I am loving my Q3.

The staff was warm and caring. She took care of everything I needed for my Q5. The mechanics really took care of my vehicle well. I am very pleased with the service overall. Customer service was the best. Thank you for everything.

I was shopping online for a new A4Audi and found the Audi Rancho Mirage web site. I proceeded to order my car online and it was the best experience ever. Arro the salesman and Bryan the finance manager help me thru ever step of the purchase online. They each answered my questions to help with the process. Very knowledge and helpful The process of buying on line was awesome didn’t even have to leave my home. Aaron brought my car to me and it was the best experience ever. I highly recommend if your looking to get a new car go to Audi of Rancho Mirage. Can’t say thank you enough to these two gentleman who helped meThank you again. Christine

This was my first experience with Audi Rancho Mirage and it was wonderful.
The two sales associates were very friendly and organized. After all of the paperwork was done, one sat with me in the car and went over all the bells and whistles until I felt comfortable driving away in my new car.

I’ve been bringing my Q5 to Indigo Audi since I first bought it in Northern California. I began spending more time in Palm Springs so I decided to move my service to Rancho Mirage. The difference in quality and attention to detail is unbelievable. This location and their team truly care about their customers and I have to call Leo, the head of service, out specifically because he’s always striving for excellence. He always goes the extra mile for me and it’s greatly appreciated. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Ben V.is by far the most professional, patient salesperson I’ve ever worked with. Coming from a sales environment myself, I must say that it was an honor to work with him. I was most impressed how Ben created a safe space for questions. You are doing yourself a disservice if you do not specifically ask for this gentleman during your visit. - NS

Very efficient. Did a trade with another dealer for exactly what we wanted. Came to our house to program garage doors & iPhones. Jeremy Valantine was great as was sales manager Rick Bingham. This is our 6th Audi & they all have been great.

Jason is a superstar! He has helped me for years, always prepared, has a gentle, calm, patient manner, follows through, and returns calls promptly. The entire maintenance team works well together and they all create a culture that demonstrates custom care is their #1 priority. My car has always been ready early, cleaned, and the crew courteous. Wonderful service, wonderful people.

This is a great place to bring your car for repairs. Lorena the service team consultant is amazing. She personable and goes beyond assisting you. I recommend coming to Rancho Mirage Audi anytime.
