I had a very good experience with the sales department at Audi Valencia. Johnny Pacas was incredibly patient during the weeks it took for me to determine which car I wanted. He was attentive to my questions but didn't constantly harass me to make a decision. His service was friendly and knowledgeable. So, if you are in the market for a new car ask, go to Audi Valencia and ask for Johnny.

I got my dream car yesterday.and it was actually a pleasant experience. You hear a lot of horror stories where someone goes in to a dealership and it's a 4-5+ hour back and forth where someone usually ends up crying in the end (from happiness, frustration or exhaustion). However, my experience with Michael Zimes at Audi of Valencia was refreshingly easy and we were able to make a deal in what I would consider record time.

Michael was very knowledgable about the car, the cool features and gave me some really helpful tips (like the car will beep when you take a dip out of a driveway) so I didn't freak out when something unexpected happened. During the negotiation part, I told him what I wanted to pay, how much I could put down and, although we did go back and forth a few times, it was nothing compared to the experiences with my other leases over the last 14 years.

I came in thinking I would likely come home empty handed, and left with a car that was more than I had expected or dreamed I could have. It's been 24 hours and I'm still getting used to it (and getting over the shock that I own an Audi), but wow.it's amazing as are the people at Audi of Valencia! I'll definitely come back when I'm ready for my Q4 e-Tron!:)

Amazing customer service and communication. I came here originally just to test drive, I was going to go and buy from a broker, but my sales guy Johnny was so committed to making me a deal, he outdid the broker by A LOT on a S5 sport prestige, the only one in stock in a few hundred miles. Super patient with me which is important as a business owner. And then the finance dept and I hit it off like old friends. I've been in sales for over 14 years and these guys are cream of the crop, love my car. Love the service I received and the cost I'm paying for the beauty I'm now able to enjoy and use for my business picking up and creating experiences around California in. Thank you Audi Valencia

They scammed my friend, she bought a vehicle and they lied to her about the interest, now they charge her double what was agreed.

I highly recommend this dealer if you’re looking for a nice new ride. Amanda and Isa help me and my partner. They got us into a beautiful Audi A4. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I visited other dealers only to get turned down. Not at this dealer tho. Ask for Isa La Jalisquilla, she’s sure to help get you into a new beautiful ride.

I've been to a lot of Audi dealerships and this is easily the worst experience I've ever had. Went there for a simple factory recall and asked them to check out some other items. After coming back with improper diagnosis the first time it took another week to try and figure out what the problem was. After finding a simple vacuum hose leaking they proceeded to tell me that it was a $1,400 charge to replace it. I said no thank you and was on my way until today when I was repeatedly asked to give a review on my experience there but once I did was called after by their service supervisor and berated and attacked saying that my simple review to their inner department was wrong and was told I didn't know what I was talking about. How is that for customer service especially when it's a follow-up call to review. They should probably hire somebody is a little bit friendlier if they're going to do follow-up calls on negative reviews. Mind you I didn't write a review on anything public until today after being attacked by their inner department for not liking their service. Unbelievably awful customer service! Take yourself to Audi Van nuys or even a drive to Thousand oaks. You'll be a happier customer. Never will I return to this establishment. I'm currently looking at a RS e-tron GT. Guess they won't see that sale. Screw this place and there pretentious service department.

I own two of the most expensive cars Audi sells, and I get treated like it’s a privilege for me to get my car serviced here. This is not a one time occurrence! Most recently I brought my E-tron GT RS in for a software update. My appt was at 745 AM, for a 2-3 hour flash update. I was notified around 11am that it would not be finished until 430 pm. I arrived at 430 pm to be told it hadn’t been done yet. So I guess the car sat all day? I am a busy surgeon and trying to get the car in for service takes scheduling and planning for me, not easy to get free time. This type of service happens frequently at this facility. It’s close to me so that’s why I go there, but I can not recommend them in any way! This is my 5th Audi and this experience makes me question my continued brand loyalty!

Update – I responded to the manager who left a response to my review. However, the number took me to the Valencia Audi store. That store informed me that this manager works at their main store in a different area and has not been in this branch for months. I tried to connect to either a voicemail or a number to get a hold of him to respond to the message He sent to my review and Was given no information. I asked to speak to some other manager to help deal with my issue and was given no one to talk to. Unfortunately, this is a prime example of the current situation in Audi Valencia. In addition, I called their service department to try to reschedule a time to return to have the service completed since they were unable to perform it that day When talking to the service scheduler I gave them dates I was available and unfortunately, the young lady told me she was out of town and those dates didn’t work for her. I asked if I could use a different service representative that can make my dates work and was informed that’s not how they work. They have to keep their own clients. So basically, my availability was not important to them and had to match their service associates availability. Again another example of the downhill direction. This store has taken and why I will not return to service.

They reduce price on CPO vehicle just for the sake of crowd pulling, but add hidden costs (wondering why they do it on used vehicles). Had about 4K difference from the price they listed online, which is too bad!

Their overall approach, to include full transparency and working alongside us to solidify the right vehicle and payments was also highly appreciated. Miss Nichole had Guaranteed a prequalification and we drove up from Bakersfield only to find she was not there and every thing that she promised was nothing close to what Mr ace had to offer it was a waist of time and money

Thank you Tony for getting back to me so quickly. How ever you left a number for me to reach you at and I attempted to. I tried the operate to get them to transfer me and no one even answered that line. So I went ahead and pressed 2 for I beleave it was sails. And I would love to let you know what the lady's name was that answered the phone but I did not get it. I had asked for you and instantly her whole demener changed and I was told you were not in and I asked for your voice mail I was told that you don't have a voice mail or an office at this location and I would have to reach you at the other office and I asked if I could get the number Ifirst got a snappy excuse me and win I repeated my self I was asked to hold on and she would look it up for me and means I sat on hold for another 9 min before the recording came back on and it hung up
The service I've gotten so far has been Disrespectful and humiliating. Totally unsatisfied 2 days in a row

I just purchase a car with Chris Mallari and he was an amazing sales rep! He helped us as much as he could and went above and beyond to make this purchase happen… if you are looking into purchasing a vehicle I recommend looking for Chris Thank you Chris and Audi God is good

Worst dealership ever. Sales department is a scam and the service department is filled with people who think they can talk to customer whatever way they want. Terrible
