It is rare you make one simple email to request a replacement for a broken part. Audio Visual Direct was quick to respond (within hours) asking where to ship the part no questions asked free of charge. This is rare customer service in 2023. I am glad to know that some companies actually still value you business. If they offer a product I need I would jump to purchase from them again.

Customer service is phenomenal! Delivery service had damaged my item and I reached out to this company to see what the next steps were. They responded in 12 minutes and shipped out a replacement the next morning. Great job guys! Thank you!

Great whiteboard, great customer service! In my infinite wisdom, I recycled some installation bits before installing the whiteboard. When I asked, they sent me all the installation bits. A couple of years later, I am moving the whiteboard to another room. They, again, sent me the installation instructions and parts. Really, really great customer service. Thank you!

I recently had an issue (needed a replacement part) with an easel purchased from them. I was pleasantly surprised that I got a reply from a 'human' in under 1 hour after sending the message (msg was on a Saturday afternoon. The representative was extremely helpful and preceded to resolve my issue before the weekend was over. The replacement part was sent first thing Monday. This is a company that certainly stands behind their product and that personal attention is much appreciated in these times.
