I have a very complicated work schedule. I required numerous schedule changes some at the last minute. Audiology Associates of Redding worked with me for every schedule change. I had specific hearing tests they had to complete for my required work requirements. Brenna worked with the medical department at my work and was able to accomplish all the required hearing tests. She went Above and beyond for me. This was seamless for me. The staff at Audiology Associates are very kind and respectful. The office is extremely Beautiful and Clean. This was a very wonderful experience and I will be back for all of my hearing needs.

I would highly recommend Audiology Associates. Everyone there is so friendly and professional. All of my questions were answered and they took me step by step through the process of getting hearing aides for the first time. The doctor called me to check on how it was going, and my follow up appointments were scheduled for me. If you go on Friday there is also a sweet golden retriever there to greet you!

Wow, what can I say. I can hear! I have been deaf for most of my life. I am currently 73 years old. I struggled in school trying to hear and sitting in the front of the class to help me. I wasn't aware that I had a hearing problem at that time. I worked for many years as a bookkeeper at a local school district. The secretary would take my calls. I was very Lucky to have a great support system there. I heard about cochlear implants about 6 years ago. Well I traveled about 60 miles to get an appointment with Audiology Associates of Redding. They tested me and long story short I had the simple surgery to implant a magnet behind my ear and received my Cocular device. It is amazing. I still do text messages rather than speak on my cell phone. I have a CapTel phone that I received for free which has a screen that captiones the caller"s words. I guess I still read lips, but I am very happy with the cochlear implant. I have 2 of them and always have the second one with me with fresh batteries. I can't be without it. It is amazing. It's a different world for me now.

I absolutely love this office. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. When I was taken back by Dr Brenna Melvin, I was astonished at how adorable the decor was. You are in your own little world. Dr Brenna Melvin is very thorough and knowledgeable. She gave me a referral for who would be best suited to possibly help me. My husband will be a future patient of hers. I highly recommend her and the office. If you want someone who will truly listen to you and make you feel heard, this is definitely the doctor for you. A+ on bedside manner.

The entire staff is extremely professional and friendly. The hearing tests went well and were discussed with all questions answered. I would highly recommend them if you have hearing issues. I can now hear my knees pop with a much higher frequency than I remember hearing.
