Full disclosure: I haven’t got the install done yet, but the experience thus far warranted this review. I’ll post a follow up review after the install.

I have been here a couple looking into a wrap for my daughter’s car and some tinting. Recently my stock stereo stopped putting out an audio signal. I had no idea what was going on, but I knew it was something with the head unit. Yesterday I took my Tacoma in to see if they would take a look at it and see if it was fixable. I wanted to upgrade, but wasn’t ready to do it so close after Christmas (three kids and wife ain’t cheap). Jillian came to check on me when I walked in as Rever was busy assisting another customer. Jillian took note of my issues and swapped with Rever so he could speak with me. He made time to looking into it that day, despite having been swamped. When I came to pick it up, he knew exactly what the was, I blew the output. Rever worked with me and came up with the best head unit for my needs and gave me a price on the spot for everything at the door and it was more than reasonable. I never felt pressured at all and it was clear they knew what they were talking about. I’ll be going in a couple of weeks to get the install.

I’m planning on getting my windows tinted and my truck lifted and I will definitely being seeing Rever and crew when I’m ready to pull the trigger on that adventure. I highly recommend you give Rever and the crew at Audiolux a chance to earn your business.

I had an ambient lighting kit, PPF correction (previous shop did a terrible installation on the trunk and never responded to get it fixed), custom brake calipers, and under glow kit installed on my Tesla. Rever and Gigi from AudioLux provided the best customer service I’ve ever received. Consistently responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and I never felt pressured to do anything. I highly recommend anyone looking to get custom work done to their vehicles to come here and bring your family and friends. These guys are great. Friendly and professional the moment you walk in. Very clean shop turning out quality work! I walked in, needing a random part. They hooked me up and said it was on the house. Kindness and paying it forward is pretty rare these days, refreshing to see people who know there's more to a successful business than the $$$. Invest in your community and give these guys the business for your automotive needs!

What can I say… they are the absolute best! They did an one off active system on my 4runner and it blew me away! Pillars that glow up, hex mesh in my doors, and a custom sub box that is see through and light ups. 10/10 (shout out to my main man Omar!)

Long Review: I recently had some work done at this car shop, and I'm really pleased with the results. They provided a custom striped full car wrap, multiple washes and details, ceramic coating, dashcam wiring, front license plate bracket removal, and a custom skid protector.

I'm planning to return for additional services like wheel and brake powder coating.

Now, lets talk about customer service. The lady at the front desk is friendly and attentive. She goes out of her way to assist customers, even though it was closing time when I arrived to pick up my car. She had been leaving but chose to stay until Rever came to assist me. Her customer service is excellent, and she made me feel valued as a customer. The entire team at this shop is welcoming and helpful. A simple greeting or nod goes a long way in making customers feel comfortable.

When it comes to the quality of their work, it's truly outstanding. Tyler, the vinyl wrapper, takes pride in his craft. You can tell he enjoys making cars look great and doesn't rush through the job. Same applies to Robert with his details and car washes. Robert actually went out of his way to make me a list of products for at- home detailing.

What sets this shop apart is Rever, the owner. He's different from other shop owners I've encountered. He won't accept payment until you're satisfied with the work. He's not pushy either. Instead of pressuring you into purchases, he provides information on the options and lets you decide.

In terms of pricing, it's reasonable considering the high-quality service you receive. Compared to other shops, their prices offer great value for the quality of work.

I've had work done on my vehicle here twice. The first time these professionals worked on my vehicle, they installed an amplifier for my speakers. About a year later, I decided to install a subwoofer inside my vehicle. After installing my subwoofer, I brought it to theseoutstabding guys, and they tuned it for me for free. Not only does this shop provide quality and professional installs, but they are generous. You don't see this type of work at many shops nowadays. These guys will continue to receive my business.

Wonderful customer service. Jillian is literally the reason I went to this shop as another audio shop continuously could not resolve my sound system issue, and was treating me poorly. Jillian had me come in ASAP and was able to have the team look at my system right away. Greatly appreciate her and this business!

Quality work & prices are reasonable… replaced speakers on my 14yr old Acura. Sounds as good as a new now.

Just had Rever and his team do a custom audio installation on my new Hellcat Charger. Hertz 7" X 2, Hertz 6x9 X 2,3" Blam's X 2, and 2 X 10" subs all powered by 2 Helix amps. The system sounds great and they made everything hidden so it looks totally factory stock but, IT ROCKS.
The job was done on time and perfectly. Highly recommend this shop for your custom audio needs. Overall their price to equipment delta was much better than the other High-end shops in SD. Super Happy.

Brought in my 1995 Camaro that had a horrible screeching noise from one of the speakers and a broken extremely cheap radio from Amazon (less than $35). These guys diagnosed the bad amplifier, rewired all of the speakers, wired in a new amplifier and put in a new touch screen stereo. It looks good and sounds good. They were careful with the trim pieces and the clips. I definitely recommend them and will bring them my other cars when I am ready to upgrade those radios.
