THIS 5 means a 50 BILLION STAR. An absolutely remarkable apartment. My wife kids and I are very despondent to leave. All the staff here from: Rachael, to Gus to Lalo to our neighbors. Just FANTASTIC. This apartment literally is the equivalent to living in San Ramon, Ca (except weather wise). WOW and Wow again!

Lived here from 2019-2022. Couldn’t have been happier with our time there. The 1 bed/1 bath feels spacious if you utilize the space correctly. Rachel in the leasing office is awesome and we never had any issues with her. Always very nice to us. Any maintenance issues were promptly fixed. The maintenance team there is A+ and were always so kind. One time I had an issue on a Sunday (during a holiday weekend) and called the emergency maintenance line and the guy came all the way from Sanger to help with our issue. I felt so bad but he was very nice about it. Price of rent is ok. The gates did break a lot but were always eventually fixed. People do rummage through the garbage but we were always left alone. Location is great, too. So close to everything. My only real gripe is the third party landscaping service they contract with and the fact that our garage was broken into once. But overall it was a great experience living there and we would recommend it.

I lived here for about 7 years, from 2013-2020. This place was my first apartment and it was great! Overall, my experience here was mostly great, especially for the first 5 years. Maintenance was usually quick to get any issues fixed, Rachel was always great with us. I know some people didn’t like her, but we never had an issue with her. Towards our last couple of years there, that’s when it started going downhill a little. There were a mix of bad tenants there. There was a tenant who was obv. A drug dealer, like, we saw transactions happening in the parking lot and he very openly had phone calls about this too. A few of the good apartment managers left and the new ones that came in weren’t great, especially Sandy. I’ve never met someone so rude before. My husband who usually has a high tolerance for people even disliked her. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my time here, I miss this place a lot sometimes. Thanks, Rachel for all of your help throughout the years here!

I lived here for about 5 years and I loved it. 1 bedroom apartment I lived in was spacious and plenty of sun light get into it. Less than 10 minutes away from major places and couple of minutes from 41. The manger Rachel is really kind and helpful and I didn't have one issues with the office. Maintenance orders are dealt with same day or day after. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because security. Gates broke most of the times. I know 2 people lived here in 1st floor who got their apartments broken into. I myself forgot my garage open for 1 night and all my stuff were stolen which worth more than $200. It's a really nice place but they should increase security.

Walls are toooooo thin! So mad! I need to wake up early for work and I CAN NOT sleeeeep! I can hear EVERYTHING! Either I have louddd neighbors or these walls are disgustingly too thin!

Large apartment was a good place, but after a few months the care seemed to disappear. When we moved out the lady wrote on our papers VERY CLEAN however after moving out we had to pay for "blind cleaning" which cost over half of our deposit!
Renters beware you will lose your deposit!

Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding when moving in because of a prorated amount we made. The same amount was paid the next month for the previous prorated amount it was a misunderstanding that was corrected immediately. Nevertheless they put a late payment history that has affected us and our credibility a year and a half later when trying to move into a home. They would make no exception for the history of payment and their attitude was purely arrogant in every way. They have a manager name Rachel that actually laughed when we asked her to make an exception to the inquirer of credit because of the misunderstanding. We just don’t believe that they run a clean show they’re tenants are not treated with respect but more of an irritant when a problem might arise. I would absolutely not rent from this place the culture of they’re management is arrogant and unhelpful.

The employees are not helpful with security. I’m dealing with bad stuff in this apartment complex like neighbors fighting alll the time, creepy cars drive through the apartment complex stopping to observe where you live, the gates are always broken off because cars push the gates open by ramming their cars into the gates. No one cares to look at the surveillance video to catch the people.
