I don’t understand how you guys have employees like Johny with a attitude, I came back telling the them my pretzel was hard not fresh like I asked for, he grabbed it and said what’s up with all the customers complaining today and threw a way they pretzel mad! I want to bring to the headquarters attention as well! This kind of kids shouldn’t be working here or give them the proper training how to help a customer!
