Great experience with Authentic Watches. I purchased an Omega, and customer service was amazing. Very helpful, and the watch I received was in perfect condition. The details of the watch provided on the website matched the watch. I am very satisfied. By the way, this is not my first purchase with Authentic Watches, and I have been happy every time.

I received my Raymond Weil watch promptly, it’s beautiful, and I love it. Authentic Watches staff responded promptly to my email and the watch arrived next day all sized perfectly for me.

The customer service staff was helpful and polite but the “exchange” system they have in place is absolutely garbage and the manager is spoke was ridiculously rude and dismissive of my problem. I was exchanging a watch that was mistakenly purchased in the wrong size and the entire process was insanely labor intensive, convoluted and unclear and by the end of it a 10k purchase turned into a full refund because of their unwillingness to be helpful. I’m an avid collector and would recommend literally almost any online watch store over these guys. Plus watchfinder and crown and caliber have waaaaay better prices. My advice would be Give your money to a company that appreciates it, not these guys.

A good experience for me. Purchased watch and despatched the same day -received in UK 2 days later. Watch itself was in perfect condition, correctly resized, with the AW warranty and papers as per website. Quick and helpful responses to emails. Saved a few hundred off the RRP. A resale without the makers warranty would impact the price but I have no intention of selling on.
So all in all a happy customer.

I’ve never bought a watch online and certainly never expected to buy one this expensive from another country. These guys were professional the order came the next day had no problem with customs. The watch is exactly what I ordered and I love it. Now the band is small but they seem to be making an effort to help me get a larger size. The drawbacks of shopping online I guess. Nothing perfect.

Purchased an Omega Speedmaster Moon watch and couldn't be happier. The watch is perfect with all the appropriate documentation and packaging. Also fast delivery. Highly recommend. Thanks very much.

I purchased my Omega watch through this website, and it wasn’t a good experience.
The information and the picture that was shown weren’t complete and match with the description and the watch!
And instead of providing good customer service
They put their fault on the customer.
I believe this kind of service is not acceptable at all.
When I received my watch, it was absolutely shocking because first it wasn’t what I expected and second, it was defective, and the crown didn’t work and even came out too far.
Besides that, they have zero customer service.
They made me pay for my return shipping and deduct 10% stocking for the watch that I even didn’t open or use!
We took the watch to the Omega store to check its authenticity and performance, and the retailer told me this is a defective product and that they should have provided us with the correct information, because the website and picture didn’t mention anything about the battery-operated model (old model), and the picture of the bottom of the watch.
I also spoke with their manager and emphasized when people are paying a few thousand dollars for their purchase and shop with you, you need to check the item's accuracy and authenticity, and whether it is working properly or not and then ship it to the customer, but he rudely responded that this is not our responsibility.
Very upset about this company, and absolutely do not recommend even trying them once.

My experience with Authentic Watches was super. The Breitling stainless bracelet came quickly and at an extremely low price!

I just purchased my third watch from Authentic Watches - one Bell&Ross, two Omegas. The watches have been great additions, and AW service was excellent. They answered the phone every time, and they responded appropriately via email as well. Completely happy and will buy from them again in the future.

I purchased my Breitling Superocean Chronograph from Authentic Watches several years ago. The watch has been perfect, not the owner though. I forgot to tighten the crown and went swimming. After failed attempts to dry it out, including using a hair dryer (which melted the luminous paint on the numbers), I sent the watch to AW service. They overhauled, polished and were even able to clean up the numbers on the face.
I just received the watch today and it looks like new, again.
