He gave me an appt window & I expressed I had prior engagements to attend & he took that into consideration. They arrived & did the job in under an hour. They take cash & zelle. Very pleased. Wow! These guys are life savers! I needed a windshield replaced on a car rental. I spent all weekend looking up places Online, calling them, filling out forms online and not one place called me back or even answered. Monday comes and the car needed to be back and I tried a few more places with same results as the weekend. Then I called Auto Glass 2 U. Daniel picked up on the 2nd ring and when I explained my desperation, completely rose to the occasion. I called at 11am and the entire process (which involved ordering the windshield bcuz it wasn't in stock and driving to my home) was done by 3pm! Totally blown away by their amazing professionalism, awesome customer service, efficient yet extremely quick work ability. He was able to spot the urgency in my tone and went above and beyond! My experience from the moment I called to the timing of service was impeccable. I needed to get my windshield replaced so I called them Wednesday and by Thursday it was done. Daniel really did an amazing time in a respectively timeframe. He made me aware that if it rained it would compromise the glue and that he would do his best to get the job done before it happened (which I’m glad he did because it started sprinkling about two hours after). Will definitely be using his services again and recommend him.
