* This locksmith is apparently based in the same zip code as SJSU, but both dispatch and driver had no idea that SJSU has more than one garage. Neither could find the one I was in, even when I told them the name of the garage and the cross streets several times. If I could have teleported to where they really really thought I was (off on some random corner downtown?), I would have, guys, I promise.
*Locksmith thought it was ok to grab my bag with my keys off the front seat after unlocking my car door. After I took the bag from him and got my keys out to turn off the alarm, he tried to grab my keys from me (while I was going to turn the alarm off) to 'show me something'. He apparently wanted to show me a slightly faster way to turn off the alarm, but all he really showed me was just how fast these kinds of situations can become uncomfortable. And then I got to pay him $200! Yay great.
Not a fun day, would definitely call somebody else next time.
I have a confirmed appointment with this company to make a car key. When I arrive to the address the company gave me…. The store nowhere to be found. I called & a lady answering the phone says a technician should be able to meet me at the parking lot and she said she will call the technician. I been waiting since, never have a call back! So I call her the second time, now she changed the story that she had called me at least three times prior appointment, to request time change! I told her that I got zero call and there have no record of u guys called me…, also the problem is that I have to drive 40+ miles to come to this appointment…, and is irrelevant now that I am here! She told me to wait and she will call “the technician “ again to see how early he can come to the parking lot…. 30 minutes past… has not heard from her and no tech shows up…so I called again, and asked see I can come in to the store and talk or wait since I am outside at the parking lot. She said that I can’t! Well, yes because they’re so call” stored” is nonexistent! Do not trust this company, they are not real! If I can give a “negative “ star, I will give them minus 5 stars because they’re a scam! Wasted my time and had to drive there. Lesson learned
