7If there was a way to give it zero Stars that's exactly what it means that is insane and there's no phone number to get ahold of anybody to reimburse you I wasted 5 bucks to wash my car and it didn't ever kick out any soap or anything it was just doing these little tiny squirts of water pressure just the weakest water pressure I've ever seen. They just stole my money
CAUTION shock hazard! Be very careful when holding the wands and touching the metal housing of the pay machine. I visited on 4/26 and was electrocuted when I did this. The person in the stall next to me experienced the same thing while holding the brush. I informed someone who was maintaining the car wash and left my number. Hopefully this gets fixed before a serious injury occurs.
I go to this car wash because it has a carpet cleaner but the last two times I’ve been there. The carpet cleaner is broken and ate my money. Most likely will not return for a third time.
High pressure soap= No Soap, clear water only.
Soap Brush=No Soap from brush!
Every setting has the same result. Nothing but PLAIN Water. NO SOAP, NO PRE-SOAK, NO WHEEL CLEANER, NO WAX, NOTHING BUT CLEAR WATER. WASTE OF MY TIME & MONEY!
For the crazy price for four minutes on the vacuum cleaner, it should at least work. Everything else seemed ok. Good selection of detail supplies for a buck and change, good high pressure soapy wash, clean facility.
I used the power soap (there was none) then the brush (barely any soap), ran out of time and put more money in, went over with brush again then power rinse. I tried to use rags while it was still wet but $6 and my effort later and my car looks worse than when I started. The vacuum smells horrid. I am now home and going out to wash my car.
