After 10 years not travel with them cuz I have knee surgery finally my 1st travel 1 week ago was the same courtesy Drivers and all people work there really nice and help tanks and I coming back in February 2024 for sure.

The buses to LA are very old, they never answered and I had to buy another ticket but in limos because Paisanos was closed

Very bad round trip experience, both times the truck was empty, the seats are not comfortable at all, those trucks are not worth it, don't risk traveling in them, the limousines look better.

My dad leaves on the bus from here at least 2xs a year. The bus station is located in the middle of skid row so be ready to dodge a few questionable characters. With that said, the location has it's own gated parking when you arrive at the gate honk and they'll open the gate. The staff has always been friendly and the buses are clean and comfortable. My dad is 70 years old and I am confident that he is safe while traveling. Aside from where it's located it's a good place to catch a bus Mexico for cheap.

They answer a recording so you can leave a message and they also tell you that the mailbox is full and they are sorry

These transportation to another city and another state are awesome busses but you gotta buy 2 tickets to be able to have the comfort of being on the bus transporting you to another state 2 tickets it took me to get to LA because I didn't want nobody sitting next to me it's too small it's too crampy and you feel like a tunand I I felt like a sardine

Excellent client service. Very safe waiting place for passengers and their companions. Ample and secure parking. Very comfortable and economical buses.
