AutoCamp Yosemite

No hot water at night and we could not take shower in the winter. The service is terrible and the hotel doesn’t care about the guests. Even, one of the shower room in the club house is not working properly. And the hotel didn’t tell us the club house does not have the dryer inside the shower room.

So, we need to walk back to our room in 15f to dry our hairs.

Terrible experience! Very disappointing!

Our trip included a day too. Yet we had an eventful stay. What a cozy stay! Our family trip was well worth.
They have many board games to borrow too.

Loved our stay cuts lil getaway for our small family of 4 to enjoy the snow would highly recommend

I stayed here for 3 days in Christmas 2022… this place was amazing! Was more than what I expected and more! Very dog friendly, the staff was so nice and helpful, the store has everything you need and the suite wow I was impressed! So fancy so clean and well equipped. I’ll definitely go back to this place one day! PS: the live band was awesome and I learned how to make my own fire!

If you want to get away, disconnect, and enjoy camping without the worry of setting everything up, look no further than Yosemite AutoCamp. We came during the storm over new years, so we didn't get too much use out of the person fire pit/BBQ.

There are two working ev level 2 chargers, but one is in a disabled parking space. The rest are Tesla unfortunately.

There are lots of animals that roam through. Including turkeys, extremely smart cats, and assorted small birds.

If you are coming during stormy weather make sure to bring a portable stove or induction cook top so you can cook.

The heaters (3 of them) are really useful in the cold. One in the bedroom space, one in the main compartment, and one at the doorway, that was placed strategic ly to help dry and warm up your shoes/outerwear before you go out on your adventures.

I can't speak to the AC cooling, sorry.

If you plan on cooking I would highly suggest bringing extra pan or an extra knife as well. This is because they provide you with one cast iron pan but that may not be sufficient for you. And all the knives provided are not the sharpest so if you're a cook no you know that having a sharp knife is important.

Before setting out, make sure to download an offline area of maps to get here and to Yosemite, as you won't have much cell service in and around the region.

Otherwise, it's an amazing weekend trip, just a few hours from, from the bay area.

Had a wonderful stay at AutoCamp! The customer service is amazing! The staff genuinely care and are extremely nice and cordial.

The Airstreams are to size and aren't too big but the space is used intelligently. It fits 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) comfortably. We came during the winter with off and on rain. Temperatures are about 30-60 degrees F and we were nice and warm in our Airstream.

The front desk is always open 24/7 if we needed anything. Loved our experience at AutoCamp and will definitely come again!

Fabulous camping experience near Yosemite. While it is about an hour or so from the valley floor, the premises of AutoCamp make for an enjoyable weekend. Every tiny detail is thought off and the airstreams are well equipped and almost luxurious given that you are camping. There is enough opportunity for you to cook, but if you want a break the dining menu is a perfect alternative. Kids can also rent bikes for free.

Loved this place. They made the concept of glamping (glam + camping) so much fun. Perfect place if you need space, broken hearted and want to see nature away from the city. Free coffee ️ in the morning and has happy hour at night. Staff are friendly with easy check-in. Carts are available for your luggage. Multiple parking spots. Clean amenities. They sell firewood for bonfire. Book your free yoga class!

Shauna checked us in the 1st night and she made us feel so welcomed. The entire staff was helpful and kind. I stayed their for my birthday the last weekend of October. I already want to go back and stay again. The electric blanket they provided kept me warm all night. The king size bed was so comfy. I loved waking up there. It is like your in a little village of luxury and nature. The concert was amazing. I heard the music from my tent on Saturday night while I sat by my fire pit. Thank you autocamp Yosemite.

Our family had a nice stay at autocamp. Airstream are clean and nice to spend nights. Children and seniors are welcome.
However, I do want to cut off 2 stars for issues with the messy online booking system and management.

We booked a room over 4 months ahead with type of room chosen as “Classic Airstream Suite”. However, during the check-out, we were told that our room was AUTOMATICALLY upgraded into a premium with extra $50 charges per night, WITHOUT any notice in advance. The premium package is basically “classic room + 2 breakfast (burritos + orange juice) ”. We then intended to cancel the last day breakfast package but got refused for “it’s been included in your package”. $50 is not too much but my family were feeling uncomfortable to be upgraded with unnecessary breakfast not by our wills.

For future travelers, before check-in, please do check the final email from Autocamp and double confirm your room does not get automatically upgraded without your awareness.

Its a huge place. Around 80 trailers. Most of them are really close one to another. The lobby is great nice showers. Nice swimming pool. We took a trailer, next time I will take tent. They have much more space in them.

Great spot close (ish) to Yosemite. You do not need any camping/glamping experience to stay here, they provide everything a hotel does. Everyone we met was very nice and helpful. Kids enjoyed roaming around, the pool and the large hammock. Airstream is large enough for 2 adults and 2 young kids. It's about a 45-50 min drive to yosemite, however they were doing roadwork and it turned into 1.5 hour trip. Overall, highly recommend and will return.

Our first time in an airstream - it was much more roomier inside than expected. Reception/dining building was warm and welcoming too. Enjoyed our stay.

AutoCamp is everything you want a relaxing mountain trip to be. It's great for a quiet weekend away or even a company retreat. The Airstreams are beautiful and perfectly appointed. The common area space includes games and fire pits for s'mores, meeting space for events. And all within an easy drive to Yosemite or dinner in Mariposa. Highly recommend.

Lovely, efficient solution for glamping near Yosemite with relatively quick drive to the park of about 40 minutes. Staff is professional and friendly going out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The pool is a terrific way to cool down after a long day of hiking. Finally we had some unexpected visitors, resident kittens that added some extra charm.

We had the most unbelievable week here. It was a relaxing, beautiful clean and convenient in every way. We wanted a relaxing and calm week. Most night we grabbed a BBQ kit and recharged and relaxed by the fire. The staff is so great as well, literally they want you to have the best experience possible. We will definitely be coming back and so enjoyed our time and experience!
