Mom had a little scrape with her car that left the front bumper hanging off just before a long trip. Brought it in with no appointment just to see if they could do anything and whether it was safe to drive. Eric (?) looked at it and declared it safe, just a broken clip, and he popped it back into place and secured it with a zip tie, no charge and done in minutes. I'm very grateful, and would definitely bring any vehicle to them if needed in the future. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service from every employee here. Everyone I spoke to during my experience at AutoCraft was extremely helpful and professional. After a minor fender bender AutoCraft got my vehicle back to me in fantastic shape and in a timely manner. It would be tough to find a better auto body shop in the area.

The undercarriage of my car ripped apart and folded unexpectedly while driving down the freeway causing a lot of damage. The owner offered to take a look and help me out without hesitation. I had called many other places and they didn't have time to add my car to their list, and I have had negative experiences with auto shops in the past. Autocraft turned a really awful experience into a positive one. The entire time they were very kind to me, and on the day of the accident they even gave me a ride home. When I checked in, they were honest and upfront about their progress and the steps that I should expect. They didn't have any hidden fees or extras and they restored my car to it's natural looking self prior to the unusual situation. I think for everyone, especially my experience as a single mom, it's nice to be treated honorably and have trust that they're doing what they said they would, at the agreed terms, and doing a quality job. I would highly recommend.

Auto craft was so professional and amazing to work with. They fixed our truck in a timely manner In spite of high demand. They worked very close with the insurance company to make sure I was getting the best care possible. Renae and Derek in the office were so kind and helpful any time I needed them or had a question. I will definitely use auto craft again in the future.

Customer service at its finest here! Derek, Renae, and Kayla were beyond amazing to work with. Email communication for me was key as I am very busy during the week and communication was prompt every time. I couldn't be any happier. This place does not disappoint. My car was so meticulously perfect when I got it back. They made the process so easy and smooth for me, which can be a nightmare when insurance is invloved- but not here! Derek made sure I was absolutely happy with my car before I even signed papers and drove off. He was more focused on making sure I was happy rather than just getting me out the door and moving on to the next client. Your vehicle definitely matters here. You can tell everyone takes great pride in their work. This place will always be my go to.

AutoCraft is the only body shop I’ll take my vehicles to. All of their staff is always so friendly and take the time to answer any questions. They just finished repairing my vehicle and went above and beyond handling everything for me with an insurance company that isn’t even contracted with them.

This is my third experience with AutoCraft. While this job only involved some rather simple trim work, my previous needs included body and paint. Previously I had Honda deal with this issue, but when it recurred, I decided to use experts. There was no question, but to return to AutoCraft. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and in each instance a quality outcome.

From the first day I drove my car into their lot, to the day I picked it up I was given excellent customer care. Derek walked me through what would happen between the insurance companies and them, and the work they would be doing to the car. It went exactly how he explained it. That gave me confidence in what would be happening, and the time that would be needed. I feel my car looks better than before the accident!

The receptionist Kayla was so welcoming and pleasant. She kept me up to date with the repairs with phone calls that were timely. Everyone there was so patient and didn't mind answering any and all my questions thoroughly and acceptably.

I used AutoCraft to repair a fender bender & they did a fantastic job on my car. They took out the dent & matched the paint color to a tee. The

Autocraft Collision repair is an exceptional professional repair facility, and it shows in their fine craftsmanship. The Manager, Josh, gave me a fair quote for my vandalized 2015 F150 left side rear fender of the box end. Kayla in the front office kept me up to date and prepared all paperwork, and Drake, Shop Manager, said the job would take about a week, and it only took three days. I turned it in Tuesday, received it back Friday, and sold it the next day for a higher price than quoted; job, well done! The end result was my vehicle looked factory fresh when I picked it up. The exterior and interior were cleaned and added a personal touch of class most businesses seem to overlook these days. I will be repeat business with them and recommend them above others from whom I had received verbal quotes.
