Jorge Rivas was my Autoland rep. Working with Jorge felt like I was working with a friend. And it was all so easy! I did take my time, doing my own research, and waiting as to not make a hasty decision. Jorge was patient through it all. I never felt any pressure. So refreshing! I took the car to my mechanic before my ‘three days to change my mind was up’. He said I needed a new transmission pan. I called Jorge and told him what my mechanic would charge. Jorge called me back shortly after and said a check would be sent to me to cover the cost. I received it three days later. I am thrilled with my “new” used car and Autoland’s service. Also, I worked for Lockheed Credit Union 34 years ago. We recommended Autoland to our members and they were always happy with them.

I wanted a 2024 Honda CRV hybrid. My wife wanted (or is demanded a better word) gray upholstery My wife also did not want silver or black for an exterior color-the only remaining color was white. The only trim of hybrid, that had leather gray upholstery, was the Touring. My Autoland Agent, Anthony Sebastian, found A white Hybrid Touring within one day. Two weeks later a White Hybrid Touring with gray upholstery arrived, with only 3 miles on the odometer (brought from over a 100 miles away on a flat-bed tow truck). Happy wife, happy life! I was recommended to use Autoland through a co-worker. He used them through our company credit union and purchased a used car. The process was so easy. I got a call from their rep and told them exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and the price range. Within two days, they found my car within the price range I was looking for. They worked closely with my credit union and within a week the process was complete. It took a week because I needed to sell/trade in my old car. My Autoland consultant was wonderful and personable. He answered my questions and was easy to reach. In the end, the car was delivered and was everything I wanted and more. Right after submitting my car loan request thorugh the OCCU, the bank agent helping me with it, recommended me to use Autoland to find the best deal possible. Honestly, I was not that sure about it, at the beginning. I thought that I would be able to get a better deal on my own. So, I start searching for a good deal on my own. However after 2 weeks of dealing with dealers (worst 2 weeks of my life) I decided to take the advice and work with the Autoland Agent (Ulysses Tarango) and it was really pleasent.
