14First experience was not good. Truck was dropped off for check engine light. I was informed there were recalls to be done. Truck sat for one week and no one reached out to me about the truck. I showed up 7 days after dropping it off and was told truck was ready to go. No charge because all they did were recalls and the check engine light didn’t seem to be an issue. I have separate issue a week later I have to take it in for, and they tell me there are four recalls to be done. I ask how is that possible. They said nothing was done last time excepts ordering parts. This time they did the recall and threw in a replacement of a fuel filter for my troubles. The second technician is much better at communicating as well.
Horrible customer service! Spoke with the blonde woman who works in the service dept and she was absolutely rude. My wife and I were interested in possibly purchasing a vehicle here, but due to her unprofessional demeanor we won’t be coming back to this location ever. For any future potential customers AVOID THIS WOMAN AT ALL COSTS!
Waited forever for drop off. Then when I came to pick it up, it took them 45 minutes to find my car! I'm definitely going to find another dealership to do my maintenance in the future. Not a happy customer
Dodge Service told my elderly father he needed major brakes repairs and filter replacement. He brought it to another shop for repairs and they couldn't find any problems at all. I will never trust this place again.
I'd think twice about purchasing a vehicle from a dealership that doesn't provide good service. We recently took our jeep in for a recall. Shortly after, we started experiencing excessive fan noise. I called to get the jeep back in for servicing. I was told that unless I talked directly to the service manager, it would be more than a month to get an appointment. I was transferred to the service manager. The call rolled over to voice-mail. After leaving a message, I never received a call back. After a week, I again tried to call and schedule an appointment. I ended up in an endless loop, never being able to actually talk with a service representative. Another week that I can't drive my vehicle. Very disappointing service.
Fine service, but they have a spam auto call program that calls me for service from various different numbers to try to schedule a routine maintenance appointment.
Oh, and when u finally do need service, they can't book an appointment for almost 2 weeks out.
Super annoying, possibly illegal (auto call spam), but fine service.
Glad my jeep is no longer under warranty anyway.

Call and call and call for days and get stuck in a loop if no one answering. The one time I get a lady and ask for the price of transmission fluid and oil change and she transfers me to a man's voicemail. Call back bcuz I would like to get an answer now not wait for a callback. And was automatically transferred to this guy Shawn's voicemail again. I've made 15 calls within an hour no answer still. Why not put the pricing online? ! This is ridiculous

Excellent quality. Very competitive. We as a company buy all of our vehicles here and take them back for service. Not a rip off like most dealers!
Auto Repair, horrible customer service. You'll never get through or if you do reach a voicemail and leave a message, you'll never get a call back.
Bait and switch tactics. After being told the vehicle would be at the dealership the following day and signing all paperwork with numbers. Then taking the following day off work to get my trade all cleaned up and ready to go. Only to be told sorry that the truck will not be here til next week! They wanted me to agree to signing before they knew the truck would be there. I'm guessing only to pad their sales numbers for the month? If that isn't a bait and switch then I don't know what is? Elk Grove Ram was way better run dealership. But I ended up getting a 2020 F250 anyways.
