This is a new review. I still give a 5 star review to AutoNation at Valencia. To schedule an appointment it's so easy and the service is awesome. This time I got great customer service from advisor named Hugo. He was very professional and answered all our questions and concerns. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the service. Starting with James L.who welcomed us, very pleasant greet. You got us in the door buddy. Next was Lauren who provided 100% clarity with complete and accurate answers. Very accommodating to our schedule. Kim worked the numbers with us and made sure we didn’t walk away empty handed. Finally Dani, who just like the first three, honest and no surprises. My wife now has the wheels she wanted at the right price and the dealership made new friends.
