Erwin on the other hand, who is the GM here, was a complete disrespectful jerk to one of his employees. He was telling this staff member that they were the worst sales rep in the company, and being so demeaning. Not the type of conversation you have with an open door while customers are next door.
Would HIGHLY recommend to sell your car here to Mack.

Beware the costs for a simple oil change. This place wanted to charge me double for what I normally pay to have my oil changed on my 2005 Honda Pilot. I will never have my car serviced here.
Dont buy pre certified vehicles from honda i bought a 2017 ive had gotten towed 4 times already missed work have been stranded and honda does not resolve problems they say theyll return my call back with answers and never did.i go in to work at 10, inconveniently Have to be up at 6 in morning to get my car towed oncw more at honda costa mesafor 7: 30 appt
