AutoNation Honda Fremont

Had a very good experience at the dealership, George the sale representative was friendly and answeres all questions, manger was doing abit of strong arm while providing additional details of protection for the car which I didn't intend to buy.
Overall I had a great experience buy car at this dealership

I found 2 cars I was interested in from 2 different dealerships. This one had the car I preferred, but was listed at almost $2,000 more than the other dealership. I emailed this dealership and enquired if there was room for negotiation in the price and was told that if I came in, they'd see what they could do. On arrival, after a 1 hour drive, I found that the car had undisclosed damage, but I was still willing to go through with the purchase, for the right price. As soon as I said that, the salesman got a confused look on his face and said, "we are a no negotiation dealership, " a sentiment that was repeated by someone who identified himself as the sales manager. When I stated that I was told otherwise by email, it was implied that I was lying, and after a brief back and forth with the sales manager wherein he just tried to justify overcharging by $2,000, I left and purchased the vehicle from the other dealer.

Devron was very helpful and professional. Also, very quick and got the whole process done very smoothly.

Always a good place to purchase a car and Kent from Sales and Hendry from finance are good people to deal/ work with. It's has been my 5th car from this place.

Mr. Rey Castillo was the salesman I worked together with to buy a Honda Accord. He was very helpful in lowering the price to match it with that of another dealership and helped explain everything very clearly. Sales and services really tricky. I have had a really bad experience and they still looking for solutions, they asked me to go back several times.

Very professional service. Everything was very quick. No nonsense. Best price I was able to get among several dealerships around sound and east bay. Ali Hashemi and Fred and Kent were very helpful. I have been leasing Honda's from Fremont Honda for many years now. Ali is the best.

Had given my car for service and received my car back with a scuff on the front and rear bumper, since the service manager was not present Trevor (service advisor) mentioned he would leave a note to his manager Phil and that he would surely return the call. After waiting for a week I still have not received any call. Am trying to reach them on phone but there is no positive response.

We recently purchased a new car from AutoNation Honda Fremont and were pleased with our experience there. Gus and the folks there were professional and pleasant. If more dealerships are like them, I'd say, the whole industry would turn for the better. Anyways, we appreciate the recent experience and thought to let people know!

It was my first time at this Honda location in Fremont to have my car serviced. I arrived for my appointment early morning, and as soon as the center was open, I was immediately greeted by Robert Gonzales. He was very attentive to my car needs, helpful and accommodating. I did not expect much, worked for a Honda dealership myself, but he made sure I did not get anything I was not asking for. He will be my service advisor at this service center.

The representative was very friendly and understood my Cars needs. I am new to the area and she made it very Pleasant. I totally recommend AutoNation in Fremont for all your Honda needs.

Excellent sale service compared to other Honda dealers. The saleman Fred was beyond our expectations. He was very patient with us and answered every single questions we had with details. We would definitely recommend our friends to AutoNation Honda in Fremont.

Kent, was awesome he worked so hard on getting us the car that we wanted at the price point we were looking for. Service here is subpar. It's like pulling teeth to get any answers and if you do get the answer it's a vague one. It's hard to trust what you are being told here simply because you get different responses from the staff. I personally feel like I am being given false information. I have done my research prior to coming here and on a few occasions the information I am given is not what several other Honda locations have given me. That leaves me with an uneasy feeling.

Gus (in Internet Sales) was fantastic to work with. Straight-forward and trustworthy, my new car purchase went very smoothly.

This is a very good place for servicing. Edward, the service adviser, was very nice. He also explained me what are the services needed in 100k miles of a car. There is a separate place to work on desk (wifi was very good). The place is slightly cheaper too in comparison to the those in other Honda dealers like Milipitas, sunnyvale.
